I did use this company before and had no issue but this time, I need a repair for a MIELE washing machine & have to call for the booking to ask a specific question. After more than 3mins of usual faff by a machine, I finally get a chance to be on the line for talking to a real human. Well, I waited and waited and didn't get anybody to pick up the phone. I hung up and will find someone else to do the job. Very poor customer service, shame as they used to be good.
