Great and prompt service from measuring to the Karndean installation. The Herringbone designs flows from the hall and looks as though was fitted at the same time. Great product, service and customer care. We hadn’t used Red Carpets before and will definitely use them next time.

From start to finish Red Carpet’s were fantastic, from walking into the shop to a complete new hall floor and stair carpet took less than 4 weeks.
The gent in the shop in Anstey, sorry can’t remember his name, was friendly and helpful. Within a few days Matt had been to measure up and give a very competitive quote on the new flooring, he even came and took up our old laminate before the new screed was laid.
Matt stayed in contact the entire time with daily texts to check we were happy with what had been done so far and to confirm times for the following day’s work.
Every one of the guys who worked on the project was friendly, polite and professional.
The new flooring looks beautiful, we couldn’t be happier with the end results and experience we received.

We had a large area of flooring installed and after a time a few faults appear. Laszlo and his team were not happy and decided to replace the whole floor again. Now it is perfect. Huge thanks to Goose and his team for the time and effort. Well done Red Carpets. Thanks Laszlo.

Another fantastic fitting by Laszlo and the team. From getting advice in the warehouse in Wigston, agreeing a price, sorting out the fitting around our commitments and the speed and quality of the fitting, it is no wonder that we always come back to Red Carpets. Excellent service from start to finish. We visited the Wigston shop where George was informative and honest when helping us decide what flooring to buy. Laszlo is professional and friendly and was a pleasure to deal throughout the whole process, always quick to respond to emails. The fitters were on time, tidy, and worked non stop and very precisely to get the job done very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Red Carpets. 😀

The whole process from quotation through to installation was done very efficiently. The fitters have done a great job. One carpet was very large and required a join which is completely invisible. All carpets fit very snugly against walls and around radiator pipes.

Such a feel good experience for my daughter whilst trying to find her prom dress! Kaya was our dedicated stylist who gave such great 121 experience. We drove 3 hours to Red Carpet totally worth the journey and will definitely do it again for my youngest daughter once her prom comes around.
