If you’re in a rush, the service is expensive but great!
Very expensive, however if you’re after a quick and very easy sale Rehome is fantastic.

Rehome's prompt and clean removal of the old kitchen
Rehome made all the deadlines enabling us to fit the new kitchen. Fantastic service
Fantastic service! This was our second purchase from the company, as we needed units for our utility room, and they were absolutely perfect. All of the units were exactly as described on the website ! Beautiful quality and ideal for the space.
From ordering to delivery, the whole process was quick, easy, and very smooth. The delivery team were fantastic. Serg called ahead to let me know they had dismantled the kitchen and were on their way, and he was kind enough to reschedule the delivery by a few hours to work around my job commitments.
Serg and his team handled everything with great care when placing the items in the house, and they were extremely polite and professional.
Thank you, Serg, for accommodating the delivery schedule and to the whole team for another amazing purchase. I would happily recommend you all and will definitely be ordering again if I do another renovation project !

Whilst we are experts in removal, and in most cases everything is fine, sometimes breaks do happen due to over use of silicone (the stuff used to stick the worktop to the cabinets). Effortless Way to Sell a Used Kitchen
I had a really positive experience selling my used kitchen through ReHome. The whole process was incredibly effortless from start to finish. Their team handled everything, which took all the stress out of what I expected might be a complicated process.
Communication was clear throughout, and the team were always friendly and easy to deal with. In the end, I received a great contribution towards my new kitchen, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile.

Ask to know dismantling fees before agreeing to a sale
Plus side: glad my kitchen and bedroom got a new home from sustainability perspective . Minus: despite selling for some thousands of pounds, I ended up with about £500 after all the fees. From initial conversations I was expecting to make several thousands. The dismantling fee was only disclosed after sales price was agreed, and was way higher than I expected. I nearly made a loss on this. So ask to know the dismantling fee before you agree to a sale!

Customer service above and beyond
Our purchase of an expensive kitchen item was smooth and straightforward but we were unable to pick it up from the warehouse..and it sat there for over 10 months due to various personal challenges! During this time Rehome were supportive, helpful and never pressured us. Their customer service was empathetic, friendly and respectful at all times, whilst gently pushing the agenda forward and culminating in pick up and installation. I would highly recommend purchasing through REHOME in the knowledge their service goes way beyond just 'the sale' and remains at the highest standard

Fantastic service and experience
Rehome has created a channel for good quality pre-loved kitchens (and indeed a variety of other items such as baths, vanity units, sofas - check their website) to be sold at great value to willing buyers who will use and love the kitchens for longer. The Team is fantastic to deal with - shout out to Amy, Matthew, Siobhan, Serge who demonstrate a high standard of customer service and focus that I really appreciate and more importantly, it made me feel reassured and valued. I have no prior experience of selling a pre-loved kitchen and needed all the help that I could get! I feel that the Rehome Team is focused on customer success and not just on "making a sale".
