Every time I have been to Red Carpets for flooring I have experienced helpfully & informative help and my recent visit was exactly as I hoped. My request was handled efficiently and helpful advice was given by the staff. At all stages:- choosing the flooring, measuring, ordering and fitting the attention given by Red Carpets was 10 out of 10. That is why Red Carpets are definitely my 1st choice whenever flooring is needed.

The staff at Red Carpets were welcoming and friendly. They listened to what we wanted. When they came to measure up, gave useful advice. They went out of their way to help during preparations for the new flooring. The fitting was carried out promptly and expertly. The quality of the work was exceptional, with attention to detail which clearly comes from extensive experience and care to do a good job. They saying goes: 'If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well'. We are so pleased to have chosen Red Carpets to do this. We would certainly use them again.

The whole experience was great, from visiting the showroom in Market Harborough through to the actual fitting of our new Herringbone floor. The process was smooth, communication excellent throughout and the fitters arrived ed on time and cleaned up afterwards.

We have used Red carpets at Anstey several times before. This time they expertly fitted Kardean floor to our lounge. Matt's organising was prompt and efficient. Marc fitted the floor. He had obviously done this a 'few' times before!! We are very pleased and cannot fault Marc's professional job. Thank you to the whole team.

I called into the shop in Anstey on Monday to choose a carpet and by Thursday our bedroom carpet had been fitted. Matt returned on the Saturday to shave a little off the bottom of the door. Matt and his team went out of their way to make it all a fantastic service. I'm also very pleased with the carpet itself. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
