My new bedroom carpet was fitted by Red Carpets yesterday - fantastic service.
From my first look round the shop to job completion, the service was polite and efficient. Their prices are very competitive too!

From initial contact with Red Carpets on a Friday, measurements taken on Monday and not a stock vinyl brilliantly fitted on Thursday. Very pleased would highly recommend.

10/10 service. Popped into have a look at options for our upstairs bedrooms/landing and stairs. Steve and Lee in the shop were really friendly and helped explain the different options, even going as far to explain why we would benefit from a cheaper but harder wearing material due to us having pets.Lee came out the next day to measure and quote which took him no time at all. Price was exactly what i was expecting and there was zero sales pressure to purchase on the spot. Communication from the shop with excellent, with them making sure i was informed on any changes in receiving my carpet (snow delayed things a little but that can't be helped, and they still made the fit date!). Neil and Matt who came to fit were friendly and professional. Got straight on with the job and handled it in less than a day. Looked through their work with them and couldn't fault them in the slightest.

Highly recommend using them and i wouldn't go anywhere else now for future flooring.

We visited Red Carpets just before Christmas 2025 and discussed a carpet with a representative who gave us an informal quotation and a fitting date. He then visited our home a couple of hours later to provide us with a formal quotation. A few days later the carpet was fitted and we are really pleased with both its quality and the overall service, hence 5 stars.

We chose Red Carpets because of their positive reviews. We are really happy with the service we received from them. Matt came out, and measured up for our downstairs flooring, he quoted us for the Karndean flooring straight away! It was a good price, and he managed to fit us in before Xmas 👍🏻. Between them, Marc, Wayne and Cole prepared the floor and fitted it to a high standard, a big thank you to them. Matt was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Excellent service from start to finish. Useful advice in the Anstey shop, great to have a look at what was in stock. Matt was very prompt when coming to measure up. Everything clearly explained. Really quick installation, Wayne and Kyle worked hard and were respectful of property. Very pleased and looking forward to ordering again.

We recently had Karndean flooring by Goose annd Ryan and carpets fitted, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality is outstanding – the Karndean looks stunning, is easy to clean, and has completely transformed the space. The carpets are beautifully soft underfoot and feel really luxurious. The fitting was done to a high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything was completed on time and with no mess. I have been using Reds Carpets for years and as usual they sorted me out with a fantastic new carpet and underlay for four rooms in my house at a fantastic price. From start to finish service was fab starting with Matt who came to measure up and brought samples of the carpets I was interested in right through to organising the date for fitting. On the day Neil and his colleague turned up on time and were not in the least bit phased by having to move furniture around. As always a five star service and I would have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Our bungalow renovation is now almost complete. Our flooring has been done in three phases and during the past nine months, Red Carpets have fitted Karndean flooring in the snug, hall, kitchen/dining/living room and shower room in limed oak, herringbone pattern. It looks fabulous! We are extremely happy with it and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending Red Carpets. From our experiences, this is a company that provides an overall excellent service: a personal, professional service, with quality products at a competitive price.

Excellent from start to finish. Kept us updated at all times. Arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. No hidden charges and gave us best advice about not needing underlay in certain areas which they could have charged for but did not. So they are a very reliable and honest company. Lazlo is so helpful. I will use them again and not use anyone else.

A problem arise on the first day of laying a new floor that delayed the completion day by one day. However once the problem was highlighted to the Manager remedial action was put into place straight away. The resulting job was good.

I recently had carpets fitted throughout my home and couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect style and colour. They offered great advice without being pushy, and even let me take samples home to see how they looked in different lighting.
The fitting team arrived on time and were incredibly professional. They worked quickly but carefully, making sure every edge and corner was flawless. They even helped move a few pieces of furniture and tidied up after themselves — a rare touch these days!
The quality of the carpet is outstanding, and the price was more than fair. It’s made such a difference to the feel of my home. I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and craftsmanship.
