First time using National Tyres and found them to be knowledgeable, thorough and honest - couldn't have asked for more. Good communication and explanation of work that did - and didn't - need doing. Good prices and they honoured the original quote when part costs came in higher. I'll use them again and would recommend Lee and his team to anyone who wants a great job done at a fair price.

I booked in November 2025 to replace tyres, picked the wrong size, but manager (Lee) phoned to notify about it, and helped to find correct size. When I came there, discovered that the same price tyres weren't available but Lee gave discount so I didn't have to pay extra. Thank you. Highly recommended.

I found the team at National tyres a really friendly, approachable bunch! They made every effort to get my car in the same day as I phoned, which makes a refreshing change from the worry of waiting days/weeks to get my car looked at with other companies in Loughborough! They did an excellent job of my tyres, oil and exhaust😊.

This isn't the first time I have taken my vehicles to the loughborough branch. The lad are polite and helpful. Would 100% recommend to others.

The staff were friendly but most importantly, I felt that I could trust them. I had paid to get tracking done and they could easily have encouraged me to pay for 4 wheel alignment which I was fairly certain that I didn't need but they didn't. They reassured me that the back was fine. I was really pleased and will use them again in future for other car stuff.
