1. While In-Network ATMs are available for free, certain other transaction fees and costs, terms, and conditions are associated with the use of this Account. The standard Monthly Maintenance Fee is $9.95 and can be waived with a qualifying deposit. See the Demand Deposit Account Agreement for more details.
3. Faster access to funds is based on a comparison of traditional banking policies and deposit of paper checks from employers and government agencies versus deposits made electronically. Direct Deposit and earlier availability of funds are subject to payer's support of the feature and timing of payer's funding.
4. The optional Savings Account linked to your CARD Premium Bank Account by Pathward is established by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC. Interest is calculated on the Daily Balance of the Savings Account and is paid quarterly. The interest rate paid on the entire balance will be 0.0499% with an annual percentage yield (APY) of .05%. The interest rate and APY may change. The APY was accurate as of 08/17/2020. The minimum balance required to open the Savings Account is $10. The minimum daily balance required to obtain the advertised APY is $10. You must receive one (1) payroll or government benefits direct deposit to be eligible to open a Savings Account. Savings Account funds are withdrawn through the Premium Bank Account and transaction fees could reduce the interest earned on the Savings Account.

This card appeared then all of the sudden they closing everybody account so to me that speaks volumes and I have been watching my credit report because they have customers important information stored in their computers then out the blue I got a email saying they closing my account no explanation or anything only said no fault of mines but it’s closing all accounts!! I smell fraud alert 🔔

I had been with Card.com for years
I had been with Card.com for years. I had a basic account then moved up to premium 4 years ago. Last month I noticed my paycheck hadn't went in my account and that's when I realized my account was closed. I never received notice it was happening amd I have emailed customer service 3 times, and I have yet to get a response. This put me in a bind so I hope this informs new and current customers how dirty they can be, and the lack of communication they have with hard working customers.

Opened an account and things were going fine. Had been using the account for months. Randomly got something in the mail that said my account was being closed with no reason given but the letter stated “through no fault of your own.” Very shady to me. Closing people’s accounts for literally no reason? Hmmm smells fishy.

I loved my card I did ,,BUT THEIR DESPUTE dispute team sucks he's down to one now right now
I loved my card , it was Kool and fit to please me all the way threw !! UNTILL , THE first dispute THEY LOST AND THEN AGAIN AND AGAIN AND ETC THE 30TH ONE DISPUTE AND THEY LOST THEM ALL , AT THE END THEY OWE ME OVER $900 IN DISPUTE IT DON'T MATTER IF IT WAS $500 AND IT WAS FOR 2 $ OR FOR WHATEVER AMOUNT I PROMISE YOU ,YOU WILL NEVER GET BACK WUT WAS STOLEN AND TAKING WITH OUT UR KNOWING WITHOUT YOU EVEN KNOWp ,FR THEY REALLY ARE THEY DON'T CARE I HAVE HAD IT BEFORE ,FOR 5 YEARS I SAW IT ON MY APP BUT THEN IT AIN'T ON THEIR SCREEN BS BS BS ,BUT I SAW IT AND I NEVER GOT IT AND NOW THEY GIVE ME A CALL A TEXTING THEY WERE CLOSING AND EVERYBODYS ACCOUNT WAS BEING CLOSED ON THE 1-3 Rd of April 2026, DOES ANYBODY KNO ABOUT THIS PLEASE TEX ME BAK THANK UUU YOU ?????
