Excellent Service
We took my Volvo V70 in today with a broken exhaust. The original quote was eye watering as it looked like it would need an almost completely new exhaust.
It was explained clearly to us and we were given time to consider our options.
However, with some great leadership from Martin, teamwork and problem solving skills the guys at protyre managed to repair the exhaust using an exhaust sleeve in the space of a couple of hours at a fraction of the original quote. It was agreed that they would try it, they weren't sure if it would work but it did.
I'm so relieved - I need my car for my job so it was important it was repaired promptly and to a high standard.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barnstaple Protyre to any friends or family.
They're always polite, quick and conscientious in what they do.
Today's customer service from them is the service I've always received using this garage.

Unprofessional!!!
Unprofessional!!!! Cancelled an mot the day before car was due to the garage, but didnt actually call, leave a voicemail nor email to let us know. Turn up on saturday morning to find out it won't be going ahead. So the frantic calls began trying to find a garage to fit us in as mot due!! Majority of other garages are closed Saturdays in the area, the few that were open are booked up for 2 weeks-bit obvious as people do tend to book weeks in advance like I did with protyre as availability goes quite quickly. Thankfully managed to get it into another garage that morning, if wasn't so lucky I'd of been without a car for work! The moment the mot was cancelled on the Friday a refund should of been issued right away or at least out of courtsey rebooked it for 1st thing Monday morning! Yet still no refund. The garage has emailed head office and been chasing it up for me but with little luck. If your going to leave people in the dirt at least refund them right away so can get it mot'd at a reliable garage instead. Will not be using Pro tyre again! So much better when Stoddarts had it

Fourth MOT in a row for my Tesla Model 3 at Protyre Guildford
This was my fourth year of having my Tesla Model 3 MOT'd at Protyre Guildford and as usual the process was straightforward and very pleasant. From service technicians to front of house and management, everyone seems to enjoy their job and look out for each other and the customer. A nice touch is being able to sit in the comfy waiting area and see my car being driven onto and then raised on the professional 4-post car lift via the large TV monitors, while I get on with some work or enjoy a free coffee. I know from previous visits that they will do a thorough job and find any safety issues (like damaged tyre walls) and be able to help me get back on the road very quickly.

Good experience
Car was having a MOT. I was told how long it would take and was happy to wait in waiting room which was clean with drinks available.
I have been using this location regularly as I have always been happy with their service.
Car passed its MOT and I was also advised of things that would need sorting in the future.
