I bought the most expensive Moen faucet, not because of the price but because I wanted a hands free device. I am on my 3rd controller in 5 years. I doubt the next one will work for a very long time.... Mehr ansehen

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever. In the last 5 years I had 2 problems with my sink faucet. I called and wrote to them. And they always sent really fast a replacement part FREE of charge for my lifetime warranty product. I love their customer service. Will buy from Moen again for sure.
Moen Lifetime Warranty Worthless, Customer Service Poor
In February 2010, we had a new jetted tub installed in our ensuite as part of a major renovation. The tub used Moen parts.
In November 2019, we had several litres of water escape from our tub into our basement area. Our plumber found that the brass tub which brings the fresh water to the tub's faucet had developed a leak. When this part was removed, it showed a catastrophic failure with the part having a hole about one inch in diameter.
Our plumber encouraged us to make a warranty claim to Moen as the part was subject to a "lifetime warranty" and he was concerned that he would not be able to obtain the failed part and would have to replace the entire faucet unit at a cost of $300 to $400.
A warranty claim was submitted through Moen's website process. Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged part were submitted. A Moen rep confirmed that she had all she needed for the claim and promised a call back the next day. No call back was received. Moen's website promised a response within 2 business days of submission. None was received.
On the third business day, I called Moen and after several minutes on hold was told by another representative that our warranty claim was being denied because the part had failed due to "water damage".
I understand that the part in question has a cost of approximately $25.00. In our warranty claim, we simply asked for a replacement part and did not make any claims for time (several hours of cleanup) or expenses incurred due to the failure of this part. Apparently, a $25.00 part is still too much of a cost for Moen to honour its advertised warranty.
If I could take stars I would
If I could take stars I would. Purchased 3 87557SRS total. First one when installing our new sink to replace a perfectly working Delta (no pull out sprayer option) Leaked terribly from multiple sources: hose, handle, nozzle (all product related) causing leak under sink damaging all things stored in cabs. February 2019 Out of “return” 90 day at **** Depot. Purchased replacement June 2019 - opened sealed box to find USED faucet, plumbers putty, missing parts (we always inspect boxes for signs of tampering, fully sealed and strapped with manufacturer packaging) #3 back to ****Depot . 45 minutes later. Didn’t want to take back / exchange because I had 3 returns since 2011 - great huh- don’t buy anything that you think will work because they will not take back with the receipt- Manager did finally give me replacement. Installed. Leaks EXACTLY the same areas, cartridge, hose, nozzle. Impossible to get customer service. Call in forget it. Can’t even wait on hold- experiencing HIGH CALL VOLUMES...... offers call back never does, schedule appt, doesn’t happen, finally got someone today (I left out email option- yes they do respond- mine was 4 days I believe) back to got a live person. I now have 2 Moen Brecklyn 87557SRS $139 ea plus tax 9.75%..... will send parts : cartridge, hose, and washer.... explained we have had to install deck plate and use towels to prevent water intrusion- so dishwasher can’t be used or soap dispenser because deck plate.... and it’s ugly. Moen agreed to send new replacement unit- complete. When asked about returning the 2nd identical faucet, nope. They do not take returns or offer exchanges because I took immediate action to prevent additional damage to my property, I should have called them. Uh ... duh..... been trying to call!!! What are consumers supposed to do?? They are not responsible for ANY damage caused by their products, or any costs to install, remove, reinstall, and now remove and reinstall (all same Moen faucet) or replace parts. Moen used to be high quality. 2 defective faucets purchased in Feb and June 2019 respectively and 1 purchased JUNE 19 clearly USED and missing parts. Factory Sealed. Stuck with 2nd Brecklyn faucet. Anybody want to buy a faucet? 4 months old? Warranty provided by Moen
Terrible from A
Terrible from A - Z. Good luck even reaching anyone by email or phone. Their "customer service" is a joke. Cant reach anyone. Must provide pics and receipts to even answer an email. Terrible. Waste of time. Ashame - used to be so great. Will NEVER buy a moen product again anomy husband who is a carpenter will tell everyone he know as well.
Atrocious customer service
Bought a kitchen faucet with a lifetime guarantee. After 5 years the faucet began to leak. I tried to contact their customer service department but with great difficulty. They never call back within their stated time frames and when they do call back they hang up immediately. This happened 3 times before I finally got someone at the end of the line. They agreed to replace the faulty parts at no charge. They had my product type and number on file from the day I bought and registered the product. The parts were supposed to be delivered within one week. Ten days later, I had yet to receive anything. I called them back and requested to speak to someone in charge (Scot). I was told the order had not been shipped yet. The parts, I was told, had been in stock, just not shipped. Scott told me the order would now be shipped that same day. I received the parts five days later. I dismantled my faucet to replace the faulty parts only to discover that they had shipped the wrong parts. UNBELIEVABLE.
I immediately went out and bought a competing brand and installed it right away. It works just great. Suffice to say that Moen has a long way to go to establish an efficient customer service department. This current one is a disgrace.

A kitchen faucet which came with a…
A kitchen faucet which came with a lifetime warranty got an integral part rusted on the inside and on the pull handle. I had to send a half a dozen emails with pictures until I got a partial response by sending me an un matched colour pull handle. And then I started calling until I got attention, and offered a complete replacement for $60.00. If I have had a life time warranty and the faucet got rusted, why did I have to pay anything?
Great service, happy ending.
Had a leak in my 8yr old kitchen faucet. Called Moen Canada(someone in Canada actually spoke to me) and they obviously knew what they were doing and wanted to help. I quickly ordered the necessary faucet line, picked it up myself in Oakville, and fitted it in 10mins easily. Perfect. No leak and I am NOT good at this stuff. Very happy with every aspect of the aftermarket service. I will only buy Moen products in future. No charge either, I guess because of the lifetime warranty.
Superb warranty
I bought a Moen kitchen faucet at least 10 years ago. Over time there have been three components that failed. The Moen representative has always been helpful to assist with choosing the correct part. There has never been any hesitation to ship replacement parts at no cost. Also, the replacement parts appear to be a significant improvement over the failed components. This company completely stands behind their lifetime warranty. I will always choose a Moen product.

I bought model # 141002srs
I bought model # 141002srs less than a year ago. It loosened up under the sink (my fault). Upon tightening it up I noticed that the edges are all chipped. The nickel plating is all coming off.
This is very bad quality. VERY BAD.
When I have to replace this, again, I WILL use another product.

Cheap Plastic
We were absolutely disgusted that the soap dispenser is a cheap plastic. We would not have purchased this if it specified Plastic Soap Dispenser. This is a disgrace when you are paying over $300 for a brand name product.
Moen kitchen faucet model # 7594e
I purchased a motion sense hands free kitchen faucet # 7594e. I find that the hand wash sensor doesn't pick up the motion any further than 3 in away.As a result I use the top sensor which defeats the purpose. Bonnie
They stand behind what they sell
Twice I have ordered a part for a faucet and twice they have shipped it to me at no cost. Apparently, that's how they operate. Amazing integrity in this day and age.
