Highly recommend, 5* experience
From the beginning, Tim made the whole process as easy as possible. Viewings were arranged quickly and efficiently, entirely hassle free. The WhatsApp chat with Tim and Frances meant we didn’t have to ever worry about communication as we were constantly kept in the loop. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

10/10 Estate Agents
Although Mockford and Hunt wasn’t our direct estate agent, they have gone above and beyond for us, and I honestly don’t think things would have gone as smoothly without her help. From the start, their communication was helpful, clear, and consistent — often keeping us better informed than our own agent and solicitors! They chased progress tirelessly, kept everyone in the loop, and managed to solve issues which no one else was owning.
What really stood out was how professional yet approachable they were. As first time buyers we felt genuinely supported by someone who wasn’t even directly working for us, but they went above and beyond to keep the whole chain moving forward. That level of dedication seems to be unheard of, and we’re extremely grateful for it.
If you want an estate agent who combines efficiency with real care for their clients (and the rest of the chain), I couldn’t recommend Frances and Tim more highly. They made a stressful process so much easier, and I’d happily work with them again in the future.

It's so often the case that moving home becomes much more stressful when you don't know what's going on and we fully appreciate that which is why we do our all to keep everyone in the loop and help make the situation more tolerable. Professional, caring and supportive
We have had alot of ups and downs trying to secure our new home but Tim and Frances went above and beyond to support us through our very stressful journey!! They were always on the end of the phone and at times dedicated their own time to assist and guide us. The estate agents to put your trust in.
My Father and I used Mockford and Hunt for the sale of my childhood home. The reason I was so keen to use them was because, my Dad had not bought or sold a house in 30 years - he was entirely new to the process, and I knew from my first conversation with Tim that he would guide my Dad through the situation with patience, and zero judgement. Tim and Frances held our hands through the sale, updating us both separately (me on whatsapp and my dad on the telephone) every step of the way. The sale wasn't simple - but it was the other estate agents in the chain who just didn't seem to be 'on the ball'. I think the most important emotion to feel towards an estate agent is trust - trust that they'll get the best deal for you, and trust they'll keep everything ticking along without you checking every other day. The trust we had in Frances and Tim was phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone.

What a personal and fabulous service we’ve received, I can’t rate these guys highly enough.
I’ve never known an estate agent to be so communicative and attentive to their customers needs. Nothing was too much trouble - even after our house had sold. At every stage we knew exactly what was happening and Tim/Frances were super quick to chase if there was a delay which kept things moving.
Our sale/purchase took 61days from listing to completion and we’re so grateful for such a smooth transaction. I hope we don’t move again any time soon but if we do I would 100% use Mockford & Hunt to sell and buy. Thank you guys!

First Time Buyers’ Experience
We worked with Tim and Frances recently to purchase a home they had listed. Both were very friendly and professional. We were added to a WhatsApp group with our mortgage advisor and solicitor, which kept us up to date on any progress. If we ran into issues, Tim and Frances were happy to answer our questions.
