Mitesh has gone the extra mile in comparison to previous brokers I have used. I needed my first Buy to Let mortgage but because the property (house) was being let to a Central Government agency on a 5 year FRI lease, it needed to be placed with a specialist market which in the end was Quantum Mortgages. Mitesh ensured that the underwriting of the product was completed before the survey was instructed and paid for, which was not the case with another broker (L&C) who tried and failed to place the mortgage and who charged me £1200 for the wrong type survey! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MITESH and will be using his services again in the future.
