We used Mockford & Hunt for both buying and selling and cannot fault their efforts in assisting us all they could. I agree with all of the other comments, in that both Frances and Tim were always quick to respond to queries and questions and very approachable. We hope to not be moving again for a very long time but if we do, I will certainly be asking for their assistance in the future!

Faultless experience with Mockford and Hunt. We initially spoke with Frances on the phone and she took the time understand our needs as buyers. Tim then showed us round the properties and was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy (various areas surrounding Ashford). He was able always available via Whatsapp for us to ask questions and provided the perfect experience.

We found as buyers that Estate Agents work on behalf of the seller and buyers are just needed as part of the process. However Tim has found a perfect balance and made us feel valued as potential buyers.

We unfortunately didn't end up buying a house through Mockford and Hunt, but was gutted that this ended up being the case because the experience with them was superior to any other estate agent we have worked with.

Tim & Frances could not have done more. We purchased through Mockford & Hunt so we weren’t paying them but when it came to chasing up the chain, solicitors & other estate agents they went above and beyond.
The welcome pack with our keys was a bonus & delicious. Thank you both so much.

House moving is always a stressful experience, and this one was no exception! However, Mockford and Hunt ensured that the process was seen through to the end, from receiving an offer before we even got to market. They are very good with communication, and the WhatsApp group meant that any questions were dealt with quickly, and we knew what was happening every step of the way. Working with a smaller local business was really good, as we felt like we got a more personal service than we would from a national company.
