Very easy and non intrusive viewing with a lady called Maya. It was nice to walk around and view a property with someone who could answer any of the questions I had, whilst also being non intrusive and letting us view the property at our own pace.

Emma then followed up with lots of great, very informative viewings whilst Stacey kept on top of things back in the office. Everyone was friendly, approachable and very proactive. Having been on the market for 3 months with another estate agent and no viewings at all, we had several viewings within the first couple of weeks and a buyer within 2 months. John has been in touch regularly with updates on the sale. A great all round service. We would definitely recommend Charters and would use them again.
