If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. First off their customer service is absolutely shocking, 2nd of all I got in touch with their sales team via email to state some concerns I have over my daughters pushchair that I ordered 4 months ago as its already broken. I've asked them for a refund because this pushchair is also not crash tested. Which is putting childrens lives at risk. It doesn't state anywhere on the website that the stroller isn't crash tested which I understand this isn't lawful. However, it should clearly state this on the website. In my personal opinion. Avoid at all costs, we're taking this further as well.

Terrible customer service with a attitude don't declare that the pushchair isn't crash tested and had the decency to call me stupid for not checking. Nice to see a company is taking advantage of the vulnerable and putting 300 pound before a child's life. I'd avoid this place like you'd avoid the bubonic plague

They are an amazing company and their service is brilliant. i asked for something that was missing and they responded straight away and gave me a replacement next working day.. in ever write reviews but couldn’t help and come write something as the service was brilliant.. Thank you!

Purchased the Mobiquip XL for my Son. The hood is useless, as mentioned by another review below. However Mobiquip's customer service were quick to address the issue following my complaint and offered me some helpful solutions. They have also advised that talks are in place to modify the design. If you need the pram for a day out, knowing it won't rain then I'd recommend the pushchair. Otherwise, I would not recommend it for every day use and would advise to wait for the updated design.

We bought the pink Mobiquip for are Daughter, all in all the pram is excellent however the hood is absolutely useless is any type of wind. Smallest bit of wind and it blows up and of, and on one occasion blew up and caught me in the face causing my glasses to come of and leaving me bruised to the eye with the impact. This really needs to be addressed as this is a safety issue and also impractical to have a hood that can't be used if there is any wind at all.

I bought a wheelchair from MobiQuip and was impressed that it ahead of time. The quality of packaging was superb and protected the wheelchair during transit. Unfortunately I had to return it as it didn’t suit my particular needs but it was everything that it said it was in the description. The problem now is the company I chose to return it pick it up and half way though it’s journey has been lost. I’ve taken it up with the courier and raised a complaint about the poor service. So I contacted MobiQuip to let them know the progress and they have offered me an extension of the return period. So thank you I will definitely be buying a replacement from form you when the other one arrives back with you.

Absolutely brilliant company. I bought a wheelchair end of last year in preparation for upcoming surgery, unfortunately this was cancelled and again 3 more times. Therefore the wheelchair didn't get a test drive. 8 months on I have now had surgery and had to use the chair. Sadly a couple of problems cropped up which made the chair difficult to management. I contacted Mobiquip and spoke to Adam. He was so polite, understanding and listened completely to what the problem was. I sent photos of the issues and he arranged for some parts to be sent out to me. I received these early the next day, but sadly didn't correct the issue. After another conversation with Adam, he arranged for a complete replacement of the whole chair. This also arrived extremely quickly. We assembled it straight away and had a test drive showing that it was perfect. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and that is only because of the excellent service Adam has provided (the wheelchair is pretty darn good too☺️). Mobiquip are certainly very lucky to have such an exemplary employee. Thank you Adam for making this so easy to rectify.

Needed a Elise XL pushchair at short notice - just turned up the day after ordering. Absolutely excellent service - cant thank them enough

Recently purchased a pushchair from them, arrived quickly and it's great. I couldn't get the red safety catches to lock in place so I called them. The guy was really helpful and explained how to clip them down. My son loves it and it makes going out with him so much easier. Many thanks

Brought a stroller for my disabled son 9 month ago and the foot rest has broken because it has always been to tight. I complained not long after purchase but they said that's how they are made ! So instead of send another one they are trying to make pay near 50 pound for another one digusting firm !

Had problems with the travel kit for the stoller .its a joke the rain cover riped as soon as the wind blew and the basket well I dont know who designed it but it's no good for nothing . And the foot rest is a pain in the..... to keep putting on and off . So I would not buy again ! The after service is a complete joke the fella was very rude and obnoxious to me regarding the problems just told me to throw it all away !

Unfortunately i found myself needing a wheelchair and never had the need for one before i was at a bit of a loss of what i needed.
After a few hours research, i decided the G-Explorer ticked the boxes for my requirements.
After confirming an elevated leg rest was an option and available, placed the order over the phone.
Jamie was so helpful but also friendly and knowledgeable... and absolutely zero sales pressure.
Two days later the wheelchair arrived and have been over to the park a few times already on it.
Will definitely be dealing with them again for any future orders and would definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience buying my colt deluxe mobility scooter from Moby quip. The help of the sales team was great they were so understanding of my needs . Explained everything to me in considerable detail especially as it’s my first purchase of a mobility scooter ever! Also the salesman recommendation of a colt deluxe .was most appreciated than another brand I’d asked about because it’s far better and more suitable for all my requirements They’re so friendly, professional and helpful if I could leave more than five stars I would superb company highly recommend them!
