I ordered my mobility scooter from Mobiquip & expected delivery within 10 working days. Unfortunately this didn't happen because of problems with their courier. George from Mobiquip spent 3 days chasing the courier for me & keeping me informed all the way. I am now expecting my delivery tomorrow afternoon.
The Mobiquip customer service team were just brilliant. They were very supportive about my situation in that, without a scooter, I am housebound. They were professional & incredibly helpful.
Special shout out to George & Adam who worked so hard for me.

i bought a Mobiquip All Terrain walker for my wife ,at first everthing was great , she loves the walker gives her a lot of freedom to get arround , the problem is the aftersales , we take the walker abroad on holiday quite often , on the last trip the very happy tui bus driver managed to drop the walker and broke the plastic part that holds on the carry bag at the front , i have now called ,and e-mailed twice and alway get the same respond ( they are waiting on stock check ,and then silence) as i have said we love the walk but the after service is shocking .

Arrived in 5 days.
Exactly as discribed and delivered by a chap that knew what he was doing and very helpful.

The product is robust and as described. Adam provided excellent customer service when there was a mix up with the delivery carrier. Would recommend this company and will use them again.

Easy to order. Good clear description of items. Quick delivery and regular updates. Good quality product which is being used for our son who is 8 years old but struggles being out when it's busy or walking long distances.

Arrived today 17/12/25 a friend put it together for me looks good extended to a good height for me it’s wide and folds up I have no room in the boot of my car as there is a mobility scooter that takes that space hoping I can fit in the back of my car thank you for your service MobiQuip

Easy to use website. The buggy i brought is fantastic, easy to put up and down and it comes with the footplate.

On time strong wheelchair haven’t used it yet

Great service, pushchair was delivered very quickly.
Only thing I would say is Mobiquip could do with upgrading the basket you can buy for the XL. It rubs against the wheels when you push the stroller which is a shame. Otherwise an amazing product that is the only pushchair our son has been fully happy in since he was a baby, so thank you!

I was told that upon my wheelchair arriving, someone would put it together for me and I would be shown how to use it, etc. This did not happen. Thankfully I was able to read the instructions and sort it myself due to being an ambulatory wheelchair user. But this may screw over someone who is paralyzed or less able to walk and lift things than I am. They should stop promising to do this service or actually start doing it. Otherwise, great company, great service, great product.

I have never heard of this company,called the company for information regarding the chair,didn’t have the information but sent a link to get an answer! Ordered my chair on a Saturday morning,2-3 day delivery.Received a text on the Monday evening delivery would be tomorrow.Able to track order through the app,great service and quick delivery,would definitely recommend the chair and definitely the company! 10 out of 10!

Easy to use, the product is amazing and arrived next day bonus as the little one is struggling with the cold and cant walk in it and his old pushchair just wasn't cutting it and with how big hes getting it was uncomfortable for him but this one my days I love it easy to use light weight its amazing

I ordered an XL pushchair and it came within 2 days! We are in highlands so this is unusual. The pushchair is amazing for the price too. Very happy!!
