having had my wife in a wheelchair during a trip to vienna and krakow during september, two weeks of cobbles left us with a chair that went straight to the scrapman when we returned.

we then replaced it with one of your mobiquip all terrain wheelchairs, now having had a week in prague, a week in turkey and two weeks in florida over the last three months i would like to pass on to you and any future customers how wonderful that your chair has performed, it balances nicely, it is great to push and is a comfortable ride for my wife over 'all terrains' whether cobbles in prague uneven roads in turkey and miles and miles of theme park in florida. adjustable height handles help the balance when just the two back wheels are needed, the easily altered rear legs with the little wheels on are a real boon.

so, in effect please be advised that your chair is top of the pops for me. with nothing but a few battle scars on it showing how much it has travelled it is great and would certainly recommend to anyone.

I purchased the Mobiquip XL Pushchair in March 2024 and immediately it became a saviour for my son and we were able to go out with ease again. On our return from holidays 26/12/2024 the pushchair got damaged (a screw had come out from the seat) so I reached out to the company direct for spare parts however, upon contacting the company they immediately advised they would send a replacement pushchair out immediately as ours was no longer safe and I could discard ours - all under guarantee! The advisor Jamie who provided me with the support was absolutely outstanding and I received our replacement within 3 days (weekend included). I am absolutely overwhelmed with the support provided and absolutely recommend MobiQuip as it has definitely proven to me that our children's safety is paramount to this company, which you don't see too often. Thank you so much for such a humbling experience!

It would have helpful to me to be able to order and make payment for my new scooter by phone I did need help to complete the order from my family however when I did speak on live chat this was helpful and the follow up phone call is an excellent xx

Contacted the sales office directly after Amazon sent me the wrong wheelchair twice. The sales guy was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed so that I could order the correct wheelchair directly from them. Chair turned up on time and seems to be comfortable and well made. Very pleased so far.

Cannot fault Mobiquip at all! I ordered the buggy and the extra winter accessories, and that day they had my package being prepared. Only a short two days later, it turned up! Astounding quality and super fast at getting to me, my son is in love with it! It’s study, amazing quality and came super fast! Yes, a little pricey, but in all fairness, it’s worth the cost! It’s big, yet light, it’s spacious enough for my son to use, and he is very happy to sit and stim away while in there! The instructions were clear, it folds easily and set up just as easy! Only issue was they don’t do buggy bars for them, so I had to buy a universal one, but otherwise, outstanding company with great shipping times and amazing quality!

I ordered a new wheelchair for my son as he out grew his old one and needed a bigger size chair. I ordered the wrong colour by mistake and the wonderful customer service staff were really really helpful and were able to sort my mistake out and change the colour of the chair for me they were really quick at replying to my emails. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I can’t fault them at all my son loves his new chair just as much as I do. Thank you again mobiquip for helping me rectify my mistake.

Lovely company to deal with.
However, at one point I didn't know whether I would receive the item on time as it seemed as if there was a problem with delivery company, but all was well in the end.
