This was the busiest time of the year with Black Friday and Christmas, both for us and for IKEA. Your order was delivered two days after your review. Sorry about the delay!
Horrendous
Horrendous! Avoid it at all cost. Service is below any measure. Super duper inefficient, slow, expensive and chaotic.
And afterwards they annoy you with spam mails asking to rate them.
Well, here you go Maltasbopper, this is the rating you deserve!

This customer placed an order but needed to read and understand the delivery periods. He then advised that he would be away from the island. Despite his being rude, we went out of our way to be as helpful as possible. We do not spam anyone. Perhaps you should unsubscribe from emails you do not wish to receive. We will do that for you and also close your account. We're quite picky with regards to the customers we are willing to service.

Professional customer handling at all levels.
The ordering process is easy. A visit to the Maltashopper offices to organise transport was dealt with very professionally. A phone call on theday of transport was answered cordially and the people involved were very helpful with determining the estimated delivery time. Two thumbs up.

Intrusive pop up promos
Long time customer seeing massive improvement in delivery times and ordering process. One complaint is the excessive amount of pop ups on your website. They are a nightmare.
