I've just looked into your order and we can assure you that your order of €349.49 was refunded in full after you decided to cancel it. We did not withhold any amount from the amount that you paid originally. Your full refund was processed on the 2nd March.

I ordered a few items which were all listed as available on the site, however only half of them arrived due to shipping issues. I asked for refund and was very very quickly compensated with no issues. The staff were polite. The only real complaint I have is that I wasn't informed before ordering that the items I needed weren't actually in stock.

On every IKEA product page, you will see:
- availability in Malta
- availability in Catania
- possibility of ordering from the IKEA logistics center
We do this so that our customers get the most information regarding a potential delay in fulfilling the order. We try to stock fast-moving items, but we are not IKEA nor affiliated with IKEA, so we are not updated instantly when stocks change. We rely on our own technology to figure this out through the information available on IKEA's website.
That being said, we do apologise for this gap in communication and we are constantly trying to resolve situations like these to improve our customer experience.
