We have just decided on and placed an order for our sofas/chair/footstool. Adam helped us enormously.
His knowledge and advise was invaluable. We made two visits to the showroom and each time we were able to take time to discuss with Adam and look at colours etc.
The tea we were offered was greatly appreciated as we were there for a long time!

We visited Lucas Furniture, Aylesbury, to furnish our living room after a recent redecoration. Everything we needed was in house, and we were ably assisted by salesperson Jim. After giving great advice, only when we required it, we chose a new dining room table with other matching furniture, and a new living room suite. Jim helped with lot’s of material swatches of colours and types of materials, he also helped with a very smooth process of buying, without pressure or rush. Jim also introduced us to Tom in the carpeting department, who was also very helpful in choosing our carpet, recommending the right carpet material and quality for our needs. I would highly recommend Lucas Furniture and its staff.

We visited intending to view sofabeds and a very helpful sales lady, Beverley, explained the different model's features, sizes and options. After that we felt confident in placing an order for one of the sofabeds. Afterwards we found a very good selection of rugs and decided to buy one of those with Beverley's help again.

Can’t fault the service we received yesterday at the store, I’d called up the day before to check the sofa I wanted to look at was on the shop floor, left a voicemail message someone called me back within 5 minutes really helpful on the phone as we were travelling an hour and 40 minutes. We were helped by Beverley great knowledge, very helpful not pushy at all, left us alone but stayed in the vicinity so we were able to ask questions, when Beverley knew we’d traveled to the store she offered drinks which I thought was a lovely touch.
Amazing store, gives me great confidence that my suite will be the same…. Can’t recommend this place enough….. Thank you Lucas Furniture lovely to see a store treating costumers with such great care, ps lovely cafe also.

Parking was excellent and plentiful which was a Stressless start to our shopping experience.
Beverley guided us through the advances in powered reclining sofa technology and we decided on one that had powered headrests, in addition to individual adjustable seat/leg-rests and back-rests
Finally we built a custom Stressless swivel chair for the home office, all capably assisted by Beverley

When we visited Lucas today, Beverly was very knowledgeable about the sofas on sale. She was friendly and helpful without being pushy.

We visited Lucas furniture today to buy a bedroom dresser and drawers. We spoke to Maria who was fantastic. Maria was very helpful and polite and helped us choose the items we wanted. We had a five star experience.

Great furniture store. We were able to spend as long as we needed to try out various sofas. When we were ready Stuart was courteous, informative and patient as he helped us buy what we wanted.

I have purchased furniture from Lucas before and recently purchased 2 Himolla sofas, Chris Harvey was extremely helpful but not pushy, I felt comfortable trying out various sofas but the Himolla range is so comfortable it didn’t need much selling it sold itself.
I waited until Chris returned from holiday before placing the order. That’s how confident and comfortable I felt with dealing with him. While visiting the showroom I also purchased a blanket box in the sale 2 salesman kindly loaded this into the car, excellent service al round. Showroom has air conditioning which was perfect on the hottest day of the year if not century.

We recently made our first sofa purchase at Lucas Furniture and had an excellent experience thanks to Jim. He was incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He treated us with respect from the moment we walked in and made what could have been a difficult decision feel simple and stress-free.

What really stood out was that Jim took the time to move furniture around so we could compare items side by side, which made choosing the right piece much easier. Nothing was too much trouble, yet he was never pushy or over the top. He struck the perfect balance between being available when we needed assistance and giving us space to make our own decision.

The whole purchase was smooth from start to finish, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for more. This was our first visit to Lucas Furniture, and because of the excellent service we received from Jim, we will definitely be back if we need furniture in the future.

Lovely showroom with lots of choice of mattresses. Marie was informative and helpful allowing us to browse and then giving good information.

Vast range of sofas. Visited three times before finally placing an order. The staff were always professional and very helpful. In particular, Alistair, who was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He continues to keep me updated with the progress of my order. Thank you.

Marie Raeburn had a vast knowledge of her products and was polite and helped me with my choice. I have dealt with JP Lucas for many years and have always had very good service.

This is the second time we have bought furniture. Both times we were helped by Beverley ,she was very helpfull and answered all our questions. the second time we went to buy a new bed and she was very patient with us and explained the differences with the mattress. I made an enquiry regarding a particular brand of furniture, having been told the manufacturer had gone bust. James Spencer told me the same thing but he would check the warehouse just in case. Several phone calls and a trip to Aylesbury I now have the foot stool I required. Thank you James. I would recommend this store.

Had a great experience today at Lucas Aylesbury, and our salesman, James Forsyth looked after us from start to finish. We were purchasing a handmade sofa and he explained the manufacturing process fully, so we were comfortable in our choice. Great deal of choice in the showroom with no high pressure sales tactics, highly recommended.
