What a nightmare!!
Cannot get a refund from Temu as they say they have proof of delivery which consists of 3 photos of a parcel taken in a car with the incorrect Nane.Address and order number
Contacting the courier virtually impossible when I did get through spoke to someone in very broken English who said they would phone back with answer never did or email why Temu carry on with these people I never know 😱
Also firm was only set up a few months ago I’m not sure if it is just a sham!

Worst courier I had come across. It was the first time ever I get a package through them and couldn’t believe my eyes when I checked my email and I see they had left my package OUTSIDE the building in public on the pavement where people can easily steal it (and it did get stolen)
I sent a complaint email and ofcourse no response.

This company should be barred from doing any business, as they are simply not fit for the purpose.
3 weeks ago they received the parcel, but there is no sign of delivery.
Nobody in this rubbish company knows where the parcel has gone.
Really shambolic service!!
They should be ashamed of themselves and should close the business ASAP.

An absolutely abysmal company.....the tracking updates are virtually non existent - it "arrives at a distribution point" and then disappears into the abyss!
The live chat never works, despite saying business hours are 8am/8pm - the agents are "always busy" and the phoneline is just as bad.....it's a loop recording saying "the agents are busy, please be patient and wait"....

Laughable excuse of a company with a lot of work to do to improve!!

AWFUL. shocking service. My parcel was delivered to the completely wrong road and wrong property, despite the correct address being provided. J&T’s own proof of delivery shows the mistake. The resident confirmed the parcel was left there and is now gone. The parcel was very valuable, and this happened entirely due to J&T’s delivery error. I expect an immediate refund or replacement.

Absolutely AWFUL company. Delivered parcel at 11:20 pm but left it on the doorstep in full view of passers by. Luckily I heard the delivery notification and went downstairs at midnight to bring it in before it was pinched off the doorstep. Another time it was left on the doorstep in broad daylight despite there being a large sign saying please leave parcels in the porch. The porch is open all day until we go to bed. There are pot plants a parcel can be hidden behind but no, they left it in full view!

Claimed out for delivery Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday! Actually delivered Sunday.
Does not reflect well on the supplier who chose this carrier.
On a positive note, the multiple delivery photos are very good to identify the delivery location beyond doubt.

What an absolute rubbish courier service supposed to have received 3 parcels by now one from magic wipe that never got delivered and two from Temu that were delivered to the wrong address. I have contacted Paypal to let them know none of the parcels have been delivered and will have to wait and see but am afraid I won’t be ordering anything from temu again until they change courier

This is a totally uncompitent delivery service I have ever experienced. After constantly calling them every day about a parcel they was supposed to deliver, they kept saying that it would be delivered day after day and nothing ever did, they just kept giving me one excuse after another as to why it hadn’t arrived. The customer service they give is diabolical and to this day I still haven’t been given an answer to where my parcel is?
I would advise anybody thinking of using this J&T express service do not do it as your parcel will not get delivered and it is a nightmare trying to find out any information for missing items.

Wow, how is this company even allowed to operate, I'm pretty sure they're a bunch of Crooks who steal people's parcels. Amusingly the 2 positive reviews they have here was written by themselves. Horrendous service to say the least.

I didn’t want to give it one star! My orders from Temu were out for delivery 1st August! Delivered at the latest in 4 days! It’s now the 7th day! Temu chasing (kind of so they say) I actually got j&t on the chat option they did say they had escalated delivery! 😂 still not here! This lot make Evri look professional and on point! And we all know how bad Evri is? I am doubtful my orders will ever arrive! I ordered in plenty of time to get them for my hols! I leave tomorrow! Never use this lot!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely worst courier service. No communication, ridiculously long processing times once they receive the parcel. I don’t know why people seem to be using these all of a sudden but it puts me off ordering online now. Shocking.

Had a massive delay on my package and customer service was awful

Reassuring to see everyone else is having a nightmare with these amateurs.

This place is an absolute joke. My parcel has apparently been out for delivery for the last 3 days and now it has seemingly disappeared. After finally being able to get in touch with customer support (after hours of trying) it was no help. Just rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

I would give a minus .. waiting for my Temu order £36 worth off bits and bobs . Courier J and T . Showing order delivered Yes my property my parcel being held up in the air but its not there .. never had a problem with Temu ive ordered many times and Temu definatley sent my package but qhy are they using j&t the reviews on trust piolt are discusting . Iv'e been waiting for my parcel things i got which were needed to complete the garden project but the delivery person has obviously took a photo and took the package after . Temu i always trust but if i dont get a refund or a re order in won't be buying from temu again which is sad because they've alway delivered .

Long term user of Temu and I've never had issues with a courier like I have with these folks.First time Temu have used it for me stayed in nothing arrived.Tracking a joke.
The only loser will be Temu as closing account.

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery company. I have called every single day to ask why there has been no update on my delivery, and each time I've been given the exact same response: that my delivery has been made a priority and will arrive "tomorrow." Unfortunately, tomorrow never comes.

I've been repeatedly given false assurances with no communication, no genuine updates, and no attempt to resolve the issue. It's incredibly frustrating to have to keep chasing for information only to be told the same thing over and over again.

If there is a delay, I'd much rather be told the truth than be promised a delivery that never arrives. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company due to the poor communication and lack of reliability.

Absolutely rubbish!!! Still haven’t received my parcel!!! Should have been delivered on Thursday 30th July!!! Have emailed and phoned up got told somebody would call me and update me. Have they called???? Have they hell!!!! Never had a problem before! This company is total pants!!!!

I would give 0 stars if i could! Avoid this courier business, you can never get to speak to anyone, email replies are delayed . Ive been waiting over a week for my parcel, i was told on live chat" the couriers dont like their job, they lie" from an support on live chst! I was promise it would be delivered yesterday, and it didnt arrive! Now i can seem to get hold of anyone via live chat, email or by phone!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
