The whole buying experience was a class act from Gordon. This was my first experience in many years buying a car from a different Mr Clark (you know who i mean!). Top class experience thanks to Gordon. Gordon genuinely listened to what we had to say with no pushiness, genuine guy who's good at his job. The whole process from start to finish with Gordon, was seamless. Would definetly recommend Gordon to friends who wanted to buy from your garage. I just bought my car yesterday l am super happy Mr Gordon so hospitality and so much helpful person , there was few tiny thing get need to done l notice when l was checking the car and l ask to Gordon any chance to fixed hem and all get sorted very quickly . and very friendly smile person it was great to deal with him chat with him only one think bit upset me the company doesn’t give any car mat at all so you need to spend some money agin l don’t think it’s fair after you spend a lot money , kind regards isa

I bought a car remotely and it was a very smooth experience which has clearly matured with a customer in mind. I received videos, regular updates and friendly reassuring conversations about the process. Our Sales exec, Chris, came across as very genuine and considerate. Perfect place to buy a used vehicle.

5 star customer service experience from Gordon. He was 100% helpful, knowledgable about the car I was to purchase and extremely friendly. His efficiency was first class. I’d have no hesitation in recommending him and John Clark Stirling to others.
Also my new car is fantastic. Gordon even arranged for it to be delivered to a more local branch to save me an extra trip. Great purchasing experience all round. It certainly pays to look outwith your home city!

Sales, sales, sales only - crap customer service
Paid a deposit to secure a vehicle for test drive and to allow them to sort out finance. This review relates to Stirling branch and their head of finance. Due to a problem with VAT registered name still being under previous business my finance company wouldnt deal. No problem, I let them know that I wouldn't progress with purchase.
Despite sending several emails I've had no response, response from emails pre-sale of course. Seems once you've declined to purchase they simply don't care. I still haven't received a response or a refund of deposit.
A great shame I've had to contact JLR in Gaydon for their assistance. Was always happy to allow time for refund - a courtesy email would have helped.
Seems the only interest in you is when it's all to their benefit.
