Greg was outstanding in the run up to and during our handover. He took time to return all our calls and emails swiftly and put our minds at ease every step of the way. He was very flexible when it came to rearranging our handover due to storm Aowyn. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It was very clear from the outset, how passionate he is about selling Minis which is great to see. All the controls and functions of our cars were clearly explained with patience and knowledge. Our children were with us and they were made to feel very welcome, they thoroughly enjoyed the experience, especially the hot chocolate and biscuits! Thanks Greg for making this a truly memorable experience.

Complete Shambles
Purchased a second hand BMW X4 from here and was so badly handled. First I had to wait two weeks for the car to be ready - why advertise a car that isn't available. After waiting the car wasn't ready, prepared or even presented in a manner fit for a £40k car. Stone chips all over the bonnet, which they painted in whilst the car was in the car park ! Disgraceful for such a dealership showing the worst of second hand car sales. Be wary if "distant buying" from them.

Poor customer service
Initial contact was good. I asked for a break down of potential finance figures as a start point to see if I was interested enough to pursue the vehicle.
A week and a half later no contact even though I've reached out several times via email. Just cut communication completely.
