Gordon Edgar was a great sales man he explained everything to me (Debbie Black) and told me about all the different extras I could purchase, he kept me upto date with when my car would be ready to pick up and the after sales has been brilliant, all the guys in the garage were very welcoming, I will definitely be back in the future (sorry Gordon lol)

I booked a test drive and booked the car but unfortunately on my way to the garage I received a call that the car is no longer available because someone paid deposit while I was driving to have a test drive. So the day after I reserved the other car online just to be told that they are busy and there will be no one to help me when I come. (Edinburgh Volvo garage)

Absolutely diabolical service. Was told the car I purchased had no faults at all and rightly so as it was a £22k car. Shockingly, it had a major fuel leak which I wasn’t made aware, multimedia screen not fully functioning, all sorts of rattling noise which came within days of purchase along with electrical faults on mirrors and some thumping noise from rear wheels. The dealership refused to own ownership of it after numerous calls and emails. It’s now been 2 months and nothing has been done. I’m stuck with a car with full of faults which they refuse to fix even though I have multiple correspondence that they will get it fixed. This company is a big scam, avoid at any cost because they’re customer service and even head of customer service John Gilfillan is one rude person!! Fails to hear you out and blames west and tear for everything and his own words “these things happen when you buy a used car”. John, it’s a £22 grand Mercedes you ********! I’ve had to get my lawyers involved, it’s only matter of time that this company have a bill to pay!!! See you in court!
