What a genuine great team please read on. Using John Clark Commercials has been a great experience. Craig (Fleet Manager) was in contact with me about the order and how it was progressing and was very polite and didn't complain when I was impatiently waiting for my big birthday present. Seriously though a great team and a great experience. It's really nice to deal with nice genuine people who get customer service. Highly recommend that if you need a VW commercial (or personal ID Buzz) that you give them a call (or demand that your lease company use them)

I wish I'd read the other reviews of how bad this company is...

They scratched the tailgate paintwork of my van, which I immediately noticed on collection. (They had attempted to cover it up with touch-up paint.) I asked to speak to the manager and he came out with another member of staff and they just completely denied it was them, meaning there was nothing I could do. I can't prove it was them as I have no before photos or video upon dropping the van off. (But I know every mark on the body of that van as it was so expensive for me, and I'd spent a good half hour staring at and cleaning that panel days before dropping it off as I swapped the numberplate!)

I took the van home as I had no choice. Only to then also find they hadn't completed the work properly. Only the base of the heated seat had been fixed not the back.

I called to ask to speak to the manager again, as well as filled out their online feedback form asking for a callback. And noone has got back to me over a week later.

I can't believe VW associates themselves with this company, they're behaviour is disgusting.

They finally called me back after they said they received this negative review (and the one I put on Google) They continued to deny any paintwork damage, or answer why they'd chosen to not call me back previously. He only asked if I wanted them to take another look at the incorrectly fixed heated seat.

I said no to this offer, as I've been left in a position where I'm completely unable to trust this company, and I would be more comfortable paying another garage again to do the work properly than have to deal with them further.

VW in for an interim service today - took out the all in package with extended warranty which they say gets the car washed when you get it back that didn’t happen but worse this is a photo of the driver seat floor no mats used and dirty footprintss all over it complained to the guy at the desk who was as shocked as me and offered to clean but I was late will need to now get it cleaned can’t seem to add photo

We've had a vehicle in with you for 5 months YM22UBZ and still got no answers. We've used you for 5 years and now Kuda won't help us with any thing and we still waiting on a YM22UBZ can someone please get in contact on 07760 882731

Collected car from house. And delivered back that afternoon.
Always found staff courteous and helpful.

Bit of a mix up with the courtesy car, but they got it sorted beyond my expectations.
Car was fixed satisfactorily and I was kept updated throughout the process.

HAD FOUR VANS FROM THIS GARAGE AND I FIND THE SERVICE GOOD

Failed MOT on a couple of items. Quote from Clarks Bilston to repair items to pass MOT more than a grand.

Took vehicle away, spent 20 minutes fitting a track rod end ball joint which cost me 23 pounds from Pentland Components then spent another 10 minutes fixing another item. Passed MOT retest, total spend 23 quid and 30 minutes of my time! Chancers.

Great customer service

The lad at reception was extremely helpful , When I was in for MOT / Service I asked if someone would have a look at an ongoing problem with folding seat mechanism on the van ,the lad at reception not only arranged for a mechanic to fix it but also arranged for the mechanic to pop through and talk me through the issue . Both were extremely helpful and patient as they talked me through the issue.

Clark Commercials VW Review

I recently had Clark Commercials at Loanhead in Edinburgh (VW Van Centre Edinburgh), carry out routine maintenance work on my VW Transporter van. Whilst in the workshop, an accident occurred resulting in damage to my van. Although I was very disappointed that the accident had occurred, the Clark Commercials service team reassured me that the damage would be repaired and put right, which indeed it was.

For the time that my vehicle was being repaired I was provided with a new like for like courtesy vehicle and I was kept informed with regular updates on the repair progress. Once my van was ready to be collected, I was met by the service manager who personally made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work. The repair work was carried out to an exemplary standard. First class job, well done to the service team at Clark Commercials.

I would not hesitate to use Clark Commercials in the future or to recommend them to friends, family, or fellow VW owners. Keep up the good work guys.

Booked in for a service and to look at rust issue with the drivers door latch totally forgot to look at the issue. Had to call back the following day to ask but was told to take it elsewhere. Definitely won’t be going back very disappointed ☹️

John Clark staff in their commercials service department were extremely helpful at all stages of the service process.

No fuss, no hassle.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending John Clark Motors to anyone. They carried out a service, an MOT and a repair very swiftly and, although the repair was expensive, it was reasonably priced for the job that was done. I'll definitely be using them again.

All staff and technicians i had contact with went over and above with customer care. not only explained what was happening and when but also showing me the part that had failed when i picked up my van.
