DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The car was returned full of mud & dirty! They racked up 30 miles in our car! We were told car was kept in a gated compound 2 miles away which was clearly a lie! The number we were given to call to collect car at 2am was not answered!!!! We called over 50 times & it just said Gif Gaf mailbox full! Another family who waited 3 hrs to get their car back gave us another mobile which we finally got a response! Terrible experience! This company also use compareairportparkings.co.uk and Iparkgatwick.co.uk DO NOT USE!

I booked airport parking at Gatwick and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. It was extremely difficult to contact the company using the telephone number provided - while travelling to the airport to let them know about arrival and while away on holiday when I needed to notify them of a change to my arrival time as well as upon my return. In total, I made over 50 calls, only to be met with a recorded message asking me to leave a voicemail, followed by the message: "Oops, mailbox is full, call back later."
When I eventually managed to contact someone upon my return, I was forced to wait a further two and a half hours for my car to be delivered.
The experience before departure was equally concerning. I initially parked in the designated car park as instructed, but then received a call asking me to move to a different car park. A person claiming to be the driver appeared, but he provided no identification, no receipt, and simply took my car keys. This left me feeling extremely uneasy and resulted in an anxious holiday, as I genuinely worried whether I would see my car again.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I would not use this company again and would strongly advise others to consider alternative parking providers.

Booked through compare your parking. Followed the instructions to call ahead 30 mins in advance. No answer and just rung to voicemail or didn’t ring at all. Arrived, kept ringing and after 45 mins from initial ringing and no answer and speaking with other customers who were waiting we decided to head to the long stay car park. We weren’t filled with confidence when we turned up to the meeting point to see notices from sussex police stating that parking fraud was common and to be vigilant. Made all the more fun as we were with a 4 month old.
We also spoke to a customer who was there to collect their car and had to stay overnight as they were left stranded without their car from the day before.
A compete horror show. Avoid these guys if you want to avoid stress and fraud.
I’ve raised a complaint and expect a full refund plus the cost of the short stay while waiting and the long stay we used as an alternative.

stole a pedestal fan from my car whilst in their possession. Only people to have my car keys whilst I was away. Once reported to them wriggled out of it saying they weren’t responsible as per a clause in their terms. Did this give them the right to steal anything they like from peoples cars???? Don’t think so. Very hard to get the message across more than the other reviews, but what a disaster. Drop off was fine, but upon return followed procedure, then it was "we have lost your car" "we are looking for your car" "we have found your car but we have lost the keys" This went on and on, we got the car back SIX HOURS LATER.
Avoid iPark at all costs
Please avoid this company. A security guard patrolling Level 5 (Car Park 6, North Terminal, Gatwick) said iPark are very unreliable and to always check operators reviews before booking. He directed me to the NCP office in case the driver didn't turn up. He did after 5 phone calls and was 45 mins late so a £16 charge in the Short Stay plus £8 on arrival. I was so concerned by reviews on this website that I booked an earlier trip back to Gatwick in case I was stranded. I called over an hour before I arrived to collect my car and found it returned but the key was left on the wheel arch with no text, or call to let me know this. At this stage, I was just glad to have my car but will never use this company again.

They will ask you to drop your car off a one of the short stay car parks, and then charge you the £8.00 to get your car out and then they will take it to their parking area. This is on top of the price you pay to start with.
They will then return your car to the same car park, so you have to pay £8.00 again.
My flight was one that arrived just after midnight. There was no one there to receive us. My car was parked, with the key left on a wheel and the doors not locked.
When I went out the next day when I was at home to find a lovely dent and scratch across the front.
I emailed straight away and asked for our £16.00 back and explained about the damage........Nothing received back.....Sent again.......nothing.
It also says very clearly there will be no extra charges to pay, just your initial payment, fibbers.

I only clicked 1 star because there wasn't 0!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Spent 5 hours from 11pm to 4am waiting for my car to return in the multi storey. Nobody answers, nobody cares, cars are stored miles away and lots of other people waiting had cars returned damaged, dirty and used. Disgusting. Reported to the police.

Very serious issues on a late night arrival at Gatwick South. Phone going to voicemail incessantly. When finally answered I was told it would be an hour, rather than the 25 minutes advertised. Upon arrival at the drop off area in the Short Term car park, we met about a dozen or more people, all waiting for their cars to be delivered. It transpired that there was just one driver working at this time, meaning waiting times of several hours. It was then discovered that some cars were appearing at a lower level with keys left on the front tires. Eventually, I and 3 other victims, got a lift with a driver of a newly arrived car to the Best Western Hotel, 9 minutes away, to retrieve our cars. He admitted to not possessing a UK driving licence or insurance! On arrival we found the police had been called to assist. Some of the cars had been misused, smelt of food and smoke. One poor victim found his car in the short term car park, never having been moved. His keys never appeared and he had to get his family in a taxi home and faced a bill of several hundred pounds when he finally gets back with spate keys to get his car.
Obviously avoid this company at all costs!!

Horrific, avoid avoid avoid. Told us to meet them in the one car park for drop off then changed once we were there, we had to pay £8 parking ticket to leave and re-enter parking area, the. Waited an hour for our car to be returned, and had to pay another £8 as they took so long to inform us where our car was abandoned in a disabled spot with the key on the wheel. Awful company, awful customer service, do not use.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. No one to pick up the vehicle, no one picks up the phone. When someone picks up the phone they have no clue and lie.
On collection of the car it was left in the same place it was dropped off. When phoning the number a very rude man said call back after 3pm and put the phone down. Been waiting for over an hour for the car key.

What an absolutely shoddy service…
What an absolutely shoddy service iparkgatwick provide! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! The dropoff procedure went smoothly however on my return into Gatwick I tried calling the number 20 times to advise that I had landed. No answer at all. I walked to the carpark where I dropped the car off and there were many people waiting - some had been there 3,4 and even 5 hours! After over 2 hours of waiting the car was eventually delivered and I immediately noted the phone charging cable was missing as was an unopened bottle of water (after a flight I was looking forward to a fresh drink of water). The car stank of cigarettes and had muddy floor mats and the car had obviously been rifled through. I challenged the driver who dropped the car and he claimed no responsibility at all. My car has a tracker on it and I noticed that all the time I was waiting the car was moving from an offsite compound to a BP service station close by the airport. It did this trip several times. Another thing I noticed was that I had filled the fuel tank prior to me travelling to Gatwick and had reset the trip meter. My trip to Gatwick was 1h40 and had an mpg of 54mpg. Upon the car being dropped back to me, the mpg was 42mpg and the time travelled was 5hr44. They had obviously been using the car all the time it was in their possession. I will be providing a report to the police. These cowboys need to stop operating.

Despite reconfirmation email the night before, text at prior to take off from returning airport, 11 calls over 2 hours, the car was still delivered nearly 2 hours late.
Phone calls were not answered. Honest and accurate information was not given. Exchanges were rude when pressed.
The car was not delivered in person on 5th floor as instructred and requested Instead it was delivered to 4th floor locked and deserted. I luckily 'found' the key on the steering wheel.
There was no £2 change as requeted for the drop off parking payment. A payment was made to the operative because i was told there were no machines on the drop-off floor. There were machines I came to realise of course on other floors. The advert on the comprison site said all 'airport charges included'.
There was a long line of people all waiting for the overdue delivery of their cars and facing the same appalling service.
Unorganised, late and make you pay the levy which they include in the booking.
When dropping car off, they couldn't find the booking, even with me showing the booking confirmation print off and tried to have me pay the levy, which was meant to be included. When collecting the car I called when I landed as request, T&Cs said it can take between 25-35minutes, it took 1hr15mins and when finally in the car and exiting the airport we had to pay for the levy, which was included in the booking. I had a reply asking for bank details for reimbursing but have not had the refund nor any other reply.

I booked a meet and greet service with them. Despite numerous calls there was no reponse prior to and on arrival at Gatwick North terminal short stay car park. In order not to miss our flight, we left the car in the short stay car park.
I spent the entire week phoning and e.mailing them and they refused to respond.
It transpires that they are a scam company. This was confirmed to me by the Police when I returned to the short stay car park. They provided me with a leaflet and urged me to report them to Trading Standards, which I have now done.
I booked this service through Compare Parking Deals, who knowingly allow scam companies like Ipark Gatwick to use their platform to rip off consumers.
The only way to end these practices is stop using websites like Compare Parking Deals or make them undertake due diligence on scam companies such as Ipark Gatwick.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING BOOKING CANCEL IT NOW.
