Booked parking through this site. Big mistake.
Asked for a review afterwards which said LHR Meet & Greet is a product of Premium Travel Limited.
Felt compelled to review but had to awards stars, so gave it 1.
Should be no stars at best, really there should be an option to put - stars.
The entire experience was abysmal. Booking seemed as normal with the usual requirements and instructions.
Upon following the instructions and calling ahead or arrival, we were told a driver will be there yet no one was there to take the car. Constantly calling the number and no one was answering. Eventually it was answered and we were told the driver is on their way and would be there in a few minutes - lied. After several further conversations someone eventually showed up to collected the car. Late is an understatement. The phone operator persistently lied.
When arriving back after the trip, followed the instructions and the number is constantly unanswered, goes to voicemail and says there is no room to leave any messages. Sent text messages and nothing. The landline number is unobtainable and out of services. The mobile number constantly busy or unanswered. The helpful staff at the other parking companies that have a presence onsite tried to call the number on their phones and the same. Eventually went to the police at Heathrow. Extremely helpful but told me that they experience this every day. They said there are hundreds of similar disreputable outfits operating around Heathrow and it is not regulated in any way whatsoever and causes huge problems. They told me they've found cars littered/abandoned in all sorts of places around Heathrow, and many other horror stories. Including that these companies just keep opening under a new name and repeating their actions over and over again. They suggested I get the train home and contact my insurance company and if the car is not returned, contact the police again.
Eventually, while still with the police, I managed to get through to the number. They said the car would be there in an hour and the driver would call when a few minutes away. The helpful police officer got on the phone and spoke to the company assertively. Another lie from this parking company, even with the police support. An hour and half later the car arrived. Overall, over three hours we waited in the cold car park late at night. After travelling for nearly 30 hours, this is NOT what anyone wants, especially with another two hour drive ahead.
This is NOT meet & greet. We checked the reviews ahead of booking and I suspect most were fake. The compare sights do not verify companies, nor reviews and give the impression that these are safe. They are not.
Never again. From now on I will only use the airport official parking or the reliable and honest meet & greet businesses that operate with a permanent desk at the airport.

Absolute garbage , receptionist barely speaks legible English and I'm south Asian myself . They have a laissez faire attitude to communication which doesn't help when you are stressed trying to get there with enough time . They asked to do a meet and greet at the orange car park in standstead which was somewhere between a dodgy Grindr date and cottaging . No description of the person we were meant to meet which led me to approaching every random Asian guy . On the way back we rang from the plane and ended up waiting two hours and then we were picked up in a shuttle and taking to land fill full of sad looking vehicles that looked like they were missing their owners . The guy then gave me the wrong keys as if we were in a post apocalyptic wife swapping orgy . Avoid this like like a Jim'll fix it badge.

I hadn't read the reviews before booking and not willing to risk a shoddy service when going on holiday would rather lose the money.

This experience started badly and only got worse. I booked airport parking for Stansted, but what was provided was not a legitimate car park at all, it was essentially a yard on a farm. Cars were crammed together with no proper bays, no organisation, uneven ground, and no real security. It was completely unfit to be operating as an airport parking facility.
There was no way it was reasonable to leave a high value vehicle there, especially after being told that staff would be moving cars around during the stay. The whole setup felt unsafe and highly unprofessional.
Because of the disorganisation and lack of space, there were delays on arrival while trying to deal with the situation, which ultimately caused a missed flight and additional expenses.
Since then, the situation has only deteriorated. After more than a month, the only response received has been what appears to be a generic AI generated email. There is no direct contact number, no proper way to speak to anyone, and no accountability.
No refund has been offered, no resolution provided, and the overall customer service has been dismissive and unacceptable.
This has been stressful, costly, and entirely avoidable.
Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and not fit for purpose.
Just as liable for poor service…
They say in their emails that they are just brokers, but they actively promote cowboy companies with horrific ratings on trustworthy review sites, so in my eyes they are just as liable. For reference, ipark was the particular bunch of clowns this site gave good ratings to, but on trustworthy review sites and in my experience they are borderline criminals. I will be avoiding using either of these sites in future.

Awful. We called at 6.45pm for our collection. It took then a whole hour to get our car to us. AVOID THESE CARPARKS at all costs. Chaotic, dishonest and cannot in any shape or form be recommended

The basic expectation with a car parking valet service is simple: drop the car off and get it back with minimal delay. Instead, I had to wait 70 minutes (over an hour) after calling them and arriving at the pickup point. That’s far beyond reasonable, think of the pain of waiting that ling with 2 kids. When asked on call, instead of being sorry the person made excuses saying there was a lot of rush , etc while there was none.
I’m giving 2 stars only because they at least answered the phone , otherwise the service itself was very very poor.

Booked a full Parking service through them, their service provider iPark then didn't pay the short term car park charge that was part of the service - Comparethe parking washed their hands of it and said we are not the service provider, I beg to differ, you took payment, American Express agreed with me and refunded me.
Terrible aftercare, they don't give a hoot.
Inaccurate cost
Booked through the website which quoted I thought was a set price. When I came to drop off the car I was then charged for the shuttle to the airport which increased my parking costs by 50%. This wasn't made clear on the website. Other people on the shuttle also had the same problem.

This company clearly just outsources to cheap third-party operators and then completely washes their hands of any responsibility when things go wrong. We ended up being passed to Parklane Meet and Greet, and the experience was an absolute disaster.
They LOST my car key. Not delayed, not misplaced temporarily — lost. For a company trusted with your vehicle, that is beyond unacceptable.
When we called, the staff were rude, dismissive and completely uninterested in helping. We were basically told to deal with it ourselves and pay for our own solution. We were left stranded and had to pay £200 for a taxi out of our own pocket.
No apology, no urgency, no accountability.
The next day they suddenly claimed they would sort a new key, but by then the damage was done. The stress, inconvenience and cost had already been pushed entirely onto us.
What’s even worse is that Compare the Parking have been just as useless. Despite taking the booking, they’ve made no real effort to help or take responsibility. They are happy to take your money, but disappear the moment there’s a problem.
This is not a professional service — it’s a middleman with zero accountability using unreliable subcontractors.
If you value your time, money, and your vehicle, stay well clear.
Just to add, update my situation, the key and car had been stolen, and the police have been notified.

Lack of contact
Sad to say I booked through them to parking gurus who actually let me down, however not being able to contact parking guru i have been in tough with Compare the parking on four occasions for help using their contact us system and they have failed to respond to any of them. Real poor show

Our experience with Just Park & Ride/Park Pilot Ltd was absolutely dreadful. We ended up way out of Stansted parked in a muddy field (New Farm, Stansted Road) and reception was nothing more than a porta cabin with a laptop. The transport to and from the airport was shambolic, with it left to pure luck whether you managed to get on one of the crowded mini buses. We totally regret booking with this company and will never do so again. We will book official airport parking in future as it doesn't work out any more expensive after you've paid an additional £20 airport levy with this one.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Extremely disappointing and the exact same issue that everyone else faces- we had to wait 2hours before our car had arrived and after constant calling and questioning we finally had our car. We waited 30minutes after the planned arrival and we were told that it would be less than 4minutes, this resulted in another half an hour, to another and another. We had to call multiple people are were constantly lied to. As soon as the rider had arrived and we tried to complain- HE RAN and ignored us. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

The the company we used from your site was Super Parking Ltd also known as ParkLane Meet & Greet.
We called as requested 30 mins before arriving at Terminal 2 Heathrow at 16:15. We waited 2 hours and a lot of phone calls before the driver arrived. During this period we were asked to go and park the car at the Hilton Hotel where we were staying and the driver would come and pick it up at 22:00 and we said no as that was not was agreed.
On returning 2 weeks later we called 30 minutes before, we were told to wait in the arrivals hall and the driver would call when he had parked the car. We waited over an hour and when calling to get an update no one would pick up.
We walked up to level 4 and the car was there with the keys on the front right hand tyre, no phone call.
A week later we received a parking ticket from Horizon parking for £60.00 as the car had been parked at the Thistle Hotel Car Park for the two weeks.
After emails, telephone calls no more replies and we had to pay the parking ticket by today 15-03-2026.
How the car was parked at the Thistle Hotel for 2 weeks with out being charged for two weeks is a miracle in itself. Never again will use meet and greet companies only companies with meet and greet offices on site and pay the extra.
When we did speak on the phone to Super parking it was all replies like "he is coming" in "10 minutes" and then the phone was put down, after several calls no pickup of the phone.
I gave it one star as we got our car back!
