An AWFUL experience from start to finish. Driver was late getting to the car park to take the car. On return we called them as soon as we landed and still had to wait nearly an hour in the car park for them to return the car. When we got it back, the fuel tank was nearly empty, there was rubbish all over the centre console, which the driver denied was his. There were empty drinks cans and more rubbish in the back footwells and door pockets, something liquid and smelly spilt all over the passenger footwell and it stank of cigarette smoke. I have only given them one star because there was not an option to give no stars.

Called 4 times to no answer when we landed, they finally answered and said 45 minute wait which is a joke because I've never had to wait with any other company before. 1 hour later we call to check where's the car and a really rude man answered and blamed us even though we were in the right place. Car comes flying up absolutely covered in dust and mud, they clearly park it in some field somewhere and take no care of it, man hands over the keys and walks off without even a smile or hello or sorry for the wait, and then we get stuck at the barrier and have to pay £8 exit fee! DO NOT USE!!

Worst company ever! Don’t use them - they work under different names
I would give it 0 stars if that was possible! The worst company we have ever used! Total cons, they make you wait for hours and we had to pay a ticket at arrival and departure, even though it says that no ticket needs to be paid! The driver, when he arrived, said that he ‘forgot’ to take a ticket so he had to leave and come back again and we weren’t allowed into the car otherwise it would cost us £500! Other people had also been waiting hours for their car from the same company. The company went by a different name with them but the same phone number. They give themselves 5 star reviews but Trust Pilot gives them 1 star and says they operate under multiple names, same phone number, same long delays! You’ve been warned! Don’t use them!

Absolute SCAM nearly missed our flight they don’t turn up they answered said they was on their way they didn’t show police was all over the car park as they left another family’s car in the car park and they had a £500 parking charge and they had took their key so they couldn’t even leave we had to book long stay as the police said they are all the same just keep changing the names so never trusting meet and greet again they use cars for drug dealing etc park your cars on random streets

Stay clear, worst parking experience ever. Hard to contact, drop off location changed from what we were told and instructed plus overly long delays both ways. Car also stank of smoke when dropped returned, money taken from car and empty drink bottle and biscuit wrapper found in the rear of the car. Lots of other customers at the airport frustrated by waiting times, lost keys and generally no care shown by their staff. Would recommend staying away from this company if they can be classed as a company.

Oh it really was an experience with flyaway parking Gatwick. 14 calls to get through when advising arrival at airport. Went to car the park on the booking. Was told when they didn’t turn up pick the car up, to walk to another car park where they would meet me on it’s roof. Then asked me to walk back to the other car park to pay for the ticket to get out of car park. When I asked for receipt for the car said I had the email for the reservation. Er what!!!!
When I returned advised them after calling 12 times and then getting through, of the terminal I was arriving at. They then went to the wrong terminal and the driver rang asking where I was. He apologised as he’d been told the wrong one. In addition there were other people waiting for over an hour CONCLUSION. Total disgrace. Made me feel really uncomfortable as to whom I was leaving my car with.

Dropping the car off was straightforward, but everything that happened when we returned from our holiday was an absolute nightmare.
When we landed and called for our car, nobody answered the phone. I had to call 28 times before someone finally picked up. Their email states that car delivery takes a maximum of 35 minutes, but after waiting over an hour, we had to call another five times before getting through to someone. We were then told our car would be with us in 12 minutes.
Twelve minutes later, a member of staff arrived at the meeting point without our car. He had our key but had no idea where the vehicle was. He then asked to borrow my phone because he claimed he had lost his own phone the night before. He called his boss, who was extremely rude, and then told my partner that we would have to pay £500 to get our car back.
Needless to say, we refused. It turns out they had left our car in the Gatwick car park where we originally dropped it off and had allowed parking charges to accumulate instead of moving it as agreed. Our car was left in Car Park 4, while the collection point was Car Park 6.
In total, we waited nearly two hours to get our car back after a long journey home. The entire operation seemed disorganised, unprofessional, and poorly managed. Communication was virtually non-existent, and when we finally got answers, the staff appeared to have no idea what was going on.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to avoid it and use a reputable parking service instead.

I was sold the package on the basis it would be half an hour to collect the car. I called them on landing at 12:20. They told me 45 minutes. I accepted that that could happen. I made my way to the car park and called again and again and again eventually they delivered the car at 3:55 pm. Having lied to me relentlessly telling me he was on his way. The driver has just left. The driver will be 20 minutes then 10 minutes. I was one of seven customers experiencing the same issue today 12th June at Gatwick. This company is trading under various different names and they are all scams. Clearly Trading Standards know about it because they have it as a drop-down in their menu It's simply not right. There were people in tears. I booked with Flyaway but they clearly have a field and a few drivers and they hide behind
multiple identities, iPark, Exec Parking, Fly Away Parking...to name a few - all of them have a contact number07563 870088. When my car eventually arrived the driver was most apologetic. He cannot believe the company he was saying that they use peoples cars for delivery that they abuse customers cars. My vehicle smelt of petrol inside & had muddy
footprints in all locations suggesting that the car had been used by them to transport staff around the airport. It had done 20+ miles on return and my cigarette USB charger and cable had been taken. This would be very easy to stop. Trading Standards simply would attend Gatwick south terminal car park, level 4 and wait for these thugs and con artists
to show up you will also at any given time, a bunch of crying customers waiting for their cars with screaming
children and in great distress.

Avoid. They were unprofessional on the phone, slow to drop off the car (over an hour when they promised 30 min... it would have been faster to shuttle to offsite parking). My biggest issue was the state of the car. It was definitely 'used' while I was away. work boot footprints in my back seats, back seat alignment changes, a broken phone holder, zero petrol left in the tank. Avoid avoid avoid

Scamming bunch of 3 people! You come in to be told to pay £15 entry ticket when you e already paid £75!! To then come back and to wait 40 minutes for my car to come to me seeing engine hot already and as we checked out we had to pay another £8! While waiting for our car other people turned up also fuming to pay extra £15 and as we left we saw the staff drive there car out of the carpark!! Also our friend had rubbish in her car and cake boxes ! I will be contacting my credit card company to take this further another with trading standards

Scam. DO NOT USE! You will have to pay twice when you drop the car and pick up the car. Waiting is not what they are saying.
5 different groups of people are waiting to get their cars back. Awful. They need to be reported to authorities.
COWBOYS
The writing was on the wall when we tried to drop our car off the week before. We couldn’t get through on the number we were instructed to call and kept being diverted to a Giffgaff voicemail box that was full. After 20 minutes of trying, we finally managed to let them know we were nearly there.
When we arrived, we were directed straight to the ticket machine to pay the airport exit fee so they could take the car away. To be fair, that was our mistake for not reading the small print.
The biggest problems came when we landed. We had to call them 21 times and then wait an hour and a half for someone to finally return our car. Once again, most calls went straight to the same full voicemail box. On the rare occasions we spoke to someone, we were repeatedly told, “It’s on its way,” despite the fact that I could see via my car’s tracking app that it hadn’t moved from a parking spot four miles away.
In fact, the tracking app also showed that my car had been moved to another location and driven a further three miles midway during my trip.
It seems we got off lightly. The lady before us had been waiting two and a half hours and was eventually told by a poorly informed member of staff that her car was parked downstairs on a different level. No apology was offered to her either.
When our car finally arrived, there was once again no apology. To make matters worse, there were muddy footprints and clumps of mud all over the driver’s side of the vehicle.
Disgusting service from start to finish. Completely unprofessional and absolute cowboys. I would not use this company again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

After dropping our car off in the carpark at Gatwick nothing seemed odd as we booked (what we thought was meet & greet, as advertised) we soon noticed no signage and the Gatwick workers couldn’t direct us as they were unaware of the ‘business’ that was running in their car park. We managed to locate and drop the car off to be asked to pay the parking fee for the carpark we were told to arrive to.
Instructions instructed us to call 30 minutes before collection, which we did. To be told 45-1hour wait. WOW was we wrong. We arrived at the carpark we were instructed to attend where our car would be brought to, to find multiple families waiting for over TWO HOURS!!
They were refusing to answer the number supplied & when they did respond we were told ten minutes the car would be there.
In the end we had to call the police and report our car stolen!! I finally got through to the company and was abused over the phone and was told to ‘ report the car stolen you F*** B****’
My partner took over the phone and about 45 minutes later I got a withheld phone number saying we needed to attend another car park where the car has been dropped. We finally found the car with nobody there, the key was left on the car.
ABSOLUTE disgrace, from further investigation it seems they have plenty of dissolved companies and are not currently suppose to be trading. I will be taking this further so that nobody else can be SCAMMED.
Be very wary
Not impressed at all. Very casual bloke met me took my key hardly spoke English. There was a woman complaining saying they had lost her keys. Didn’t fill me with much hope. I then had to pay an additional fee for them to leave the terminal carpark. On arrival back in the UK rang them they told us where to go. Saw my car straight away but no one there to give me my key. Rang them again and they said key is on the tyre. Absolute joke. I then had to pay another additional fee to get out of the car park on top of the £93 I paid originally. Looked over my car in the morning, looks like a farmer with extremely muddy feet has been all over the back of the car and all down the sides. I should have checked my mileage before I left, as other parking providers have in the past I just didn’t think at the time. Really, really unprofessional and would not recommend.

Please whatever you do, DONT use this company. Unreliable, they don’t answer the phone or they cut you off. We only just made our flight out due to waiting and the guy who took our keys was so rude and clearly not bothered at all when I got annoyed by the service we had received. In fact he just shrugged and walked off. On return there was no answer when I tried calling and then I received a text to say “on our way" only to still be waiting 4 hours later. We had 3 other families with the same issue and another couple of people turning up and waiting whilst we were there! 100s of calls between us with a s getting nowhere. When we rang the final time we were told our car was waiting on the floor below where it had been dumped with the keys and the ticket to get out. So they couldn’t even face up to their wrong doings. Other families were more unfortunate and had found that their cars were actually left in the car park for the week, they got the keys returned but had a bill of Over £500 to be able to leave the car park. The most awful, unreliable scamming company I have ever dealt with. I have always used other company’s off site parking etc and have never had this issue. It’s actually shocking that Gatwick allows them to operate on the premises of the airport.

Actual criminals. On drop-off, was told to leave car at Orange Car Park Level 4 at Gatwick and handed over keys. Returned week later and car was in exactly same spot and left with expensive parking charge.

I had a reasonable experience, compared to those I met at both drop off and collection.
The departure drop-off was quite a wait 60mins (lucky I was early).
Also the lad didn't do any sort of inspection, claiming his phone was out of action.
The family waiting for the return of their car had been there for 2 ½ hrs, with little or no response from the 0088 number.
On our return, we waited a mere 2hrs from our first phone call, with the man who answered the 2nd call asking me "have you called us today?".
Whilst waiting, there were a couple and a single lady waiting. The single ladies car was returned with a bumper hanging off and the couples car was dumped on 5th floor without the key or the ticket to get out of the car park. They had waited 3 & 4hrs respectively.
Too much risk if you ask me. They only stole my magsafe car mount!
Missing a Key
If anyone gets back from their trip and finds that this company doesn’t have your Nissan car key it was left in our vehicle. We only found it when we got home and tried to call but the company haven’t got back to us.
Terrible company. Will not be using again! Very glad we managed to get the car back in one piece but some peoples vehicles had been left in the short stay car park for the duration of their stay!!
