We stumbled across Gideon Robinson Kitchens quite by accident. We had gone to another showroom and though impressed by there units felt that they did not understand what we were really looking for and the budget we were working within. We went in and Wow what a showroom, it really sets the scene and the quality really stood out. What was even better though, they did not do a hard sell on finance and discounts and if you buy this you get that half price. They took time to really fully understand what we wanted without the hard sell and the range of units and more importantly the sizes that were on offer made sure we got what we wanted, we have an kitchen full of odd sizes so this was a real advantage over other suppliers and also they showed and explained the quite dizzying amount of work tops that are available . The plan that was drawn up was inventive as well as being practical, the consultant really having an understanding of how a kitchen for a busy family with three young children should work, and because we saw it in 3D we were really able to visualise it.

We were a 'Supply only' order, and the order arrived according to our builders not one thing was missing, and as far as he was concerned in his many years in the industry this was a first. When it came to fitting he only had one question to ask , and Gideon Robinson was more than happy to assist, and indeed on completion he came down to see that everything was okay and in place.

All in all a professional service , they took time to truly understand what we were looking for and they had a meticulous eye for detail. What's more they are incredibly reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise as well. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gideon Robinson if you are choosing a new Kitchen and want it stress and hassle free.

Gideon Robinson (GR) have been a pleasure to work with since our initial visit to their showroom in Glasgow around two months before we placed our order. Initially we just went in for a look based on a recommendation from a friend but soon we began to realise there was no point looking elsewhere for a quality kitchen as the service we received was first class, attentive and the thought that went into it was refreshing.

Although the normal lead time for a kitchen was around 6-8 weeks GR managed to shorten this considerably in our case by shuffling around orders and speaking with the kitchen manufacturer. This helped us complete our house renovation and extension ahead of schedule and ensured we didn't hold our builders up. There were some product issues along the way, but these were mainly due to stock issues with the electrical supplier and GR did everything they could to swiftly rectify this, as well as covering any additional cost for items that we had selected from the supplier.

I am normally wary of recommending suppliers of such important purchases such as kitchens/ bathroom etc. however I have already recommended using GR to others in the area as I know they will get the quality of service and product that we have experienced.

From design stage to completion we were delighted with the service we received. The installation team, joiners, plumbers, electricians and tiler were superb. Gideon Robinson himself made on site visits to ensure we were satisfied as the job progressed. If anyone reading this requires a new kitchen, I strongly recommend this company. We have a stunning kitchen to prove it.

The products on display speak for themselves. The design team have great vision and created an amazing kitchen for me. Cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They make you feel very welcome and nothing is a bother. In light of the above, I recommended my friend who also got an amazing kitchen. Would definitely recommend their kitchen filters.
