Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen .
From the very start of the planning process we knew we were in very capable hands , we had good ideas of what we wanted but our kitchen planner from Gideon Robinson totally blew us away with his inspirational ideas of how our kitchen should look .
Then Came the installation which also exceeded our expectations Angus mciver and his team were so professional and his attention to detail was exceptional.
We do now have the kitchen of our dreams and what an enjoyable journey from start to finish .

Delighted with our new kitchen. The software they use is tremendous and gives you a realistic image of what you are buying. The staff were great. My experience with Gideon was effortless and our agent Alan Dunlop was very professional, his attention to detail and the fact he was willing to go above and beyond made our experience a delight. Would highly recommend this company.

GIDEON put in my kitchen originally and it has been greatly admired. His after sales service has been great. I recently had a plumbing problem which required dismantling part of the kitchen and he put it back together perfectly!

If you seek the perfect kitchen with the "wow" factor then don't go anywhere else than to Gideon Robinson. From the moment we entered his showroom(he now has two which are well worth a visit if you need inspiration) until the very last piece of the kitchen was installed it all went very smoothly and to time. Gideon, Susan and all his staff could not have been more helpful throughout. Whenever we had a query or a doubt about any aspect of the installation he responded promptly and found a satisfactory solution. Gideon also successfully liaised with our builder re electrical and joinery work. An added bonus was the visit with Gideon to the silestone store to choose our particular worktops. John who installed the kitchen did an excellent job. He has been installing kitchens for 25 years and knows his stuff. He took his time, was careful and so very neat and tidy. We were sufficiently confident that he would do a very good job that we went away on holiday and left him to it. We returned to a fully operational kitchen. Gideon's design, choice of complimentary units, worktops, flooring and other materials was absolutely what we had been looking for but failed to find up till then. Gideon and staff deserve their five star rating and the design awards accrued to date. We now have the designer kitchen of our dreams and it is worth every penny. Finally we wish Gideon and everyone at Gr8Living every success in the future.

The entire experience was faultless. From entering the showroom to our initial dealings and subsequent regular communications with the whole team. Everybody seemed to have the same ethos and excellent customer values. Gideon's understanding of our style and preferences was spot on and his design was perfect at the first time of asking. The kitchen has now been fitted and we are absolutely delighted with it. We are so pleased that we opted to go against the advice of friends, family and our architect who were all pointing towards the usual high street names that just wouldn’t have reached the same quality and design that we achieved with Gideon Robinson. The quality is outstanding, the service has been excellent and we really couldn’t be happier. Slight issues after the fitting were resolved personally by Gideon during a home visit which really summed up the whole experience. First class from start to finish. Thank you.

I have to say this has been one of the best teams I have ever dealt with. With a very relaxed but professional manner the team at GR were a pleasure to deal with. They did what they said they would and delivered a wonderful kitchen concept.

There is not a sense of buyer and seller; they are much more focused on meeting your needs and you budget.

The quality of their products are sensational and you would find it difficult to get that quality anywhere for your money.

Two years ago Gideon Robinson fitted a fantastic kitchen for us and now we have a fantastic living room as well. I can't rate this company highly enough, 5 stars just isn't enough!

I would highly recommend Gideon Robinson - we received great service from them from beginning to end of our new kitchen. Their input in the design process was invaluable and the installation went smoothly - throughout the whole process we only encountered one minor issue with the work top and this was dealt with immediately and effectively.

I have searched numerous kitchen companies looking for the ideal kitchen at a price i am comfortable paying for, all the kitchens i viewed ranged in differing quality and prices.
It was only by chance that i went into gideon robinson to look at their kitchens my immediate thought was this is unaffordable to me.
However gideon approached me and showed me the kitchens and how they were put together and that the kitchen was affordable to me.
Out of all the kitchens i have viewed it is the only kitchen i saw that i did not have any issue with and that is down to the small details and the workmanship that should give this kitchen the longevity i was looking for.
I had a rough idea how i wanted the kitchen to look alan dunlop the designer made that vision a reality to bring the kitchen within my budget plus there was no hard sell so full marks to him.
The kitchen was ordered.
The kitchen was delivered the delivery guys were first class as my house has an awkward entrance and we did not think we would get all the pieces in however due to their experience and hard work we managed to get everything into the house.
The kitchen fitters arrived now my tip here and this is very important everyone knows a joiner or fitter but employ gideon robinsons fitters i had angus maciver without prattling on they are outstanding if the kitchen is not fitted correctly by people who know how they are put together the best kitchen in the world is going to look horrendous it is very time consuming and exact work plus their were a couple of items missing from the original order this did not stop the kitchen being fitted and preparatory work was carried out so that at a later date those items could be fitted seamlessly.

The missing items were ordered by gideon robinson and were fitted glitches do happen but it is how they are dealt with and iam very pleased to say they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

My wife and i are absolutely delighted with the finished product and it matched my criteria which was not all about price it was about detail in the units which should give this kitchen the longevity iam looking for.

Delivery took a long time ( maybe nothing they can do about that) but once project date agreed the job was done very well with a refreshingly thorough approach taken by the fitter.

wanted to update kitchen but not have a complete overhaul. Gideon had great suggestions and managed to completely change the kitchen with a few units in contrasting style. Looks great and fitting of units was spot on.

Our experience from design of kitchen through to fitting was excellent. After sales experience and support also excellent.

The whole kitchen redesign was a pleasure. The team were knowledgeable and a delight to have in our home. The result is fabulous. Gideon installed our kitchen 8 years ago and we had no hesitation in employing his team again for our redesign.

I had a great experience, from start to finish they are a great company to deal with. I was struggling to find exactly what I was looking for, and as soon as I went to Gideon Robinson I found it. It def was more expensive than I expected but on reflection I would spend the money again, the end results are amazing. There were a few hiccups not caused directly by GR however they offered to resolve everything without additional cost to me. When my neff oven slide and hide door came off on the evening of Good Friday (and I was due to cook Easter lunch for 12), the Neff helpline couldn't get an engineer out over the Easter weekend so I called GR, Gideon himself was round at my house at 7pm that evening to try and fix it, it couldn't be fixed but he was there by 10am the next morning with a replacement, absolutely amazing service. If you spend the money you will def get an amazing end result!

Only negative was that we had planned for the work to be completed while on holiday and hadn't received update so work was then done after our holiday that & plastering was over looked meaning it had to roll onto the following week
