This is the second kitchen we bought from Gideon Robinson and we have been delighted yet again. What stands out most is the flair for design that's Gideon offers, he offers something a little bit better, different or unique from competitors which makes the kitchen stand out from the rest. The product itself is fantastic but the ability to design and deliver the full room is inspiring and Gideon does it exceptionally well. The quality of products is visible, their standards are high and Gideon ensures everything is perfect and as agreed. I would not hesitate in recommending Gideon Robinson. I was sad in leaving the first kitchen when we moved (the kitchen helped sell the house quickly) but I'm delighted I have another one that is exceptional in its own way. It is a fantastic space. We love our new kitchen!

The whole experience of designing and choosing our kitchen was a pleasure. The design process led by Scott ensured that our needs, quirks and requirements were met in terms of function and budget. Scott listened carefully to our chat and came up with a design that suits our lifestyle. He made creative suggestions for the awkward corners and never imposed his ideas or solutions to the extent that he made us feel like partners in capturing the final design.

The installation was pain free and efficient. The team, led by John were extremely skilled and considerate. We were dealing with a difficult family situation at the time of installation and every member of the team treated us with respect and consideration.

The result of all the discussion in the preliminary stages meant there were no surprises when the kitchen was installed.

I purchased a kitchen in march 2016 all went well until I had a problem with the wooden worktop. I have now had someone it to look at the worktop and take pictures on at least three separate occasions and have been told the problem is with the worktop I have now been waiting for something to be done for about 9 months every time I phone I am given one excuse after another. Great company till something goes wrong. I was considering buying another kitchen from them for my new property but certainly won't be now.

Gideon Robinson were recommended by a friend and after being disappointed with reviews on some larger companies, we enquired about a new kitchen with a little apprehension. This became a very positive experience from beginning to end. What began as a quest for a modern kitchen became a personalised experience! Great personal attention from Scott with every small detail covered. The quality of the products are second to none and suit every budget. Lots of assistance and advice given and no pressure unlike the larger companies. Kitchen units look great and have been complimented by friends and family. We hope to return in the future.

Excellent design advice on a fantastic range of varying styles of bedroom furniture. Very prompt personal attention and after care. Flawless installation by real craftsmen - they even tidied up after themselves and disposed of all packaging!!! Would have no hesitation to highly recommend using Gideon Robinson.

Beautiful wardrobes, smooth and easy fitting of them too

We now have a superb new kitchen which is fabulous. The room has been transformed from an old (and worn out) kitchen in a room with a seriously slopping floor and squint walls into a wonderfully straight, flat and modern kitchen which looks superb and is great fun to cook in, eat in and entertain in. We just love it.
Throughout the entire process, we have felt wonderfully well looked after by all the staff at Gideon Robinson. From the design process (where Scott took us through every step, came up with a great design and didn't pressurise us), through the installation process (where John was in touch virtually every day and they kept us informed of what was happening as well as keeping the place remarkably clean) through to the handover, they have been first class.
Our one major glitch was with the protective covering on our hall floor which proved very difficult to remove. Whereas other companies might just have left us to get on with it, they spent a long time getting the coating off (and we are sure that they won't be using that stuff again)!
We would be delighted to recommend Gideon Robinson to anyone looking to get a new kitchen. Certainly they have provided us with really great service and a wonderful kitchen.

From start to finish the whole experience has been excellent. From design inspiration to the quality of the kitchen and all the materials - we cannot find fault. The attention to detail and the attitude that nothing is too much trouble has made what can be a stressful situation actually enjoyable. The quality of the fit and excellent help with lighting and flooring has meant we now have the kitchen we have always wanted!

From initial planning, design and adaptations to the final fitting of the kitchen, the team at Gideon Robinson was fantastic! The designer came up with a terrific option which looks amazing. Advice on laying the flooring and decoration was great. Very different from what I may have chosen but the result is stunning. Fitters were first class and perfectionists. I said I would not go anywhere else for my new kitchen but Gideon Robinson, having seen the quality of the products previously and I am more than delighted. Thank you to every member of the team for their kindness, courtesy, professionalism, skills and help in producing an outstanding result.

From start to finish the service from Gideon Robinson was excellent. We were helped with our selection of a product right down to color matches and even when a hiccup occurred with delivery we were kept informed of progress at all times. The quality of products are really quite superb, and again, various options were discussed and talked through with the emphasis on what we as customers wanted, rather than the "quick sale" that other places seem eager for. Five stars.

I was looking to replace a series of integrated appliances in an existing kitchen.Very helpful advice and recommendations on which ovens to buy based on the types of cooking I do regularly. Service before and after installation was very attentive. Good old fashioned desire to ensure that their customer made the right buying decision and was happy with what you bought

I was looking for a handleless Matt kitchen and Gideon came up with some fantastic plans. The team were so helpful and with three kids they really made he process easy. I would thoroughly recommend them!!!!

Just finished another project with Gideon and team and really pleased with the end result again. Two years ago I had a garage conversion and extension to the rear of the house carried out. Result was a lovely open space kitchen / dining / living area, plus utility room and a study / home office. I've just finished the home office now and it has been admired for the unusual design and lovely colours. First called into the showroom and Scott was great with ideas on space design, colours and working to the budget. He was very patient and helped fine tune some of my ideas. Fitting team also worked well with our builders. It was so convenient to work with Louise and Hilary on the soft furnishings and that finished off everything perfectly. Thanks everyone.

After having had wardrobes fitted by Gideon about a year ago went back to get matching occasional furniture. He spent time going over various options. Never felt rushed. Very pleasant and welcoming showroom and staff. Would certainly recommend them.

Like some of the other reviewers we only stumbled upon Gideon Robinson after a disappointing visit to the nearby showroom of a kitchen chain. We're so glad we did. Alan the designer inspired confidence and came up with a plan we were delighted. It was so much better than anything else we had seen. He was happy to make changes along the way to accommodate us. There were a couple of hitches with our order as there always tend to be with these projects but we can't fault the way GR responded and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Overall the experience was an overwhelmingly positive one. It was refreshing to work with a smaller company with high levels of service and personal attention.We love the Schuller units and couldn't be more delighted with the kitchen, it's genuinely transformed our house.

Scott at Gideon Robinson is a wonderful ambassador for this company. He is so friendly, approachable and generous with his ideas that we have no hesitation in praising his work. We wanted to make the most of a spacious old tenement but we never expected the complete contemporary transformation of our dreams. Marvellous, thank you so much.

I contacted Gideon Robinson to enquire about an oven on their web page. Unfortunately, the oven was sold but this didn't stop Ann Wilson giving excellent customer service. In an attempt to assist me in locating a now discontinued oven Ann contacted the Area Sales Manager to ascertain the possibility of locating an oven elsewhere and forwarded the contact details to me. What an asset to the company and how refreshing to actually feel that as the customer I was the priority.

From start to finish and then after sales care this company were a delight to deal with.
Gideon took our brief and didn't tinker too much with it, only enhanced our vision for our dream kitchen. One year on and it's still working tremendously well on both practical & style levels but also quality.
No complaints at all.
Was it the cheapest option we had? No.
Do we regret pushing the boat out one bit? Absolutely not.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.
