Overall we had a very satisfactory experience. From our first visit to the showroom, Sharon welcomed us and introduced us to the variety of kitchen ideas and appliances giving us some great options.
Steven came out, site surveyed and produced some design options and met with us to finalise the design. Throughout this time he could not have been any more helpful and patient and easy to contact.
Installation was excellent and was professional installed by Scott C. He took care and attention to every detail, respectful that our home was occupied and nothing was a problem to him. He was quick, efficient, very tidy and communicated every step of the install to us..

The professional,and flexible sales approach at the outset and throughout the process was exemplery(Cameron).
The quality of the product (kitchen and bathroom) is excellent value for money.
The high skill level of the fitters (kitchen and bathroom), their efficiency and reliability was second to none.

The customer service and after service is excellent, even after 20 months of install. I had issue with my bathroom sink where the unit showed water damage and they replaced immediately when the same thing happened again and I decided to change my sink completely, Eddie was so accommodating and offering solutions, the team that came out to change it were excellent and Eddie called after to check all was good. I am so impressed and cannot recommend them enough.

Everyone involved very helpful from the start and Dave did a great job helping us get the design we wanted. A few teething issues after the job was finished that were promptly sorted out for us without hesitation. Would recommend!

We’re returning customers to Clyde and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Rochelle has been amazing from start to finish, expert planning for our bathroom, kitchen and now our downstairs bathroom. She really takes the time to understand what we want, has great attention to detail and her friendly, personal approach makes the whole process so easy. She’s even been out to our house around our work and family commitments, which has been a huge help.

Everyone at Clyde has been so friendly and helpful, from the check-in calls to Steven and Darius keeping us updated with the fitting. And we always get a lovely welcome when we’re in the showroom - usually with a cuppa!

From the design to the installation, felt that we were looked after and that everything was done to a very high quality. At the design stage Scott helped us through it with great ideas. The new kitchen was a complete re-fit and it was installed to plan/timescale and Scott, the fitter made sure that everything was as we wanted, also making sure that at the end of everyday it was all tidied up as needed wheelchair access to one of the rooms.
Received phone calls everyday and after it was complete to ensure that we were happy with the progress which helped with knowing that everything was being managed.
Extremely happy with the final kitchen and it is just as we had discussed. I would highly recommend Clyde Kitchens to anyone looking for a new kitchen as the whole experience has been so easy, high quality, professional and great value for money

From original visit with Jack creating the kitchen plan to Allan & Sam building the kitchen, complete rip out & install, all works completed to the highest standard, all follow up calls from Eddie ensuring everything was going well, my kitchen/ house has taken on a great new glow, my experience was brilliant, I would definitely recommend Clyde Kitchens to anyone thinking about renewing, I will definitely recommend Clyde Kithens/ Bathrooms early in 2027 to let them do their magic with a new bathroom

Had a kitchen fitted from Clyde a couple of months ago, good company to deal with from Steven the salesman, Sharon from the office who checked in every day and the fitter and his team did a great job however, the fitter agreed to lay the flooring once the plastering and painting work was complete and let me down so while I recommend having your kitchen installed I wouldn’t recommend arranging any other work with him

Cameron, sales and design was excellent. He listened to what I wanted and his design was spot on. He was contactable throughout the whole process. Ben the kitchen fitter was amazing. He arrived 8am each morning and installed the kitchen to an excellent finish and any queries I had were answered and addressed. Sharon called each day to make sure i was happy with the work carried out and also answered any questions i had. Would highly recommend this company. Great price excellent finish would give 10 stars if I could.

Clyde Kitchens! From the initial design through to installation, the whole experience was fantastic, and the finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations.

A special mention has to go to Jack, our designer, who was brilliant from the start. He came up with a fantastic design and offered great advice throughout, making sure everything worked for us and our space.

Stevie, our installer, was equally fantastic. His work ethic was second to none, and he handled everything brilliantly and efficiently. He was always happy to offer advice along the way, which was really appreciated, and the quality of his work was excellent.

We’d also like to thank Sharon, who checked in with us each day throughout the installation. It was a really nice touch and made us feel looked after throughout the whole process.

Overall, we’re absolutely delighted with our kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde Kitchens. A great team from start to finish — thank you all!

I couldn’t recommend Clyde Kitchens highly enough. They supplied and fitted my kitchen back in 2018, and I was extremely happy with both the kitchen itself and the quality of the workmanship.

In June 2026, I needed a new washing machine and purchased one from a well-known high street supplier, who also installed it for me. Unfortunately, the installation caused quite a bit of damage and really spoiled the integrated look of my kitchen, including the plinths and lights.

I contacted Clyde Kitchens and spoke to Eddie, who was incredibly helpful and kindly agreed to help sort out the mess caused by someone else. True to his word, Eddie called me around three weeks after my initial phone call with a date for the repairs to be carried out.

The joiner who came out was excellent. He fitted the new door, replaced the plinth and repaired the lights, restoring everything back to how it should have looked.

It’s fantastic to see that, eight years after originally fitting my kitchen, Clyde Kitchens still provide such excellent customer service and are willing to go the extra mile to help a previous customer.

A huge thank you to Eddie and the team at Clyde Kitchens. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The experience felt very relaxed from the first meeting to the kitchen being fully installed. It's not something I've done before and with it being quite a big refurbishment, expected some form of stress at every turn. This absolutely was not the case, I could not fault the team at Clyde Kitchens, they offered guidance during the design appointment, kept in touch all the way through (even calling every day during the installation to make sure everything was going to plan), not to mention the efficiency of their plasterers and joiners installing, and just felt very human and sticking to their word. Not many places do that.
The team handled the design (Jack), all questions I had were reasonably answered, and the joiner installing (Scott) had everything dismantled and out within a day including all tiles off the walls, plasterer in and everything done again in a day so the install of units etc could take place and it felt like it went in in no time at all when sometimes things like these can drag out, not for Clyde Kitchens. The team delivering the kitchen kept in contact throughout and even arranged delivery for a time that suited me, and all rubbish and old appliances were taken away with minimal mess left afterwards. Sharon called every day as mentioned above to make sure everything was ok and I was happy with progress, all just very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Clyde Kitchens for anyone looking to get theirs done, I've already mentioned to a couple of friends and even they have been absolutely thrilled with the progress and all loving the end result.

A very clear process. The products are of very high standard and the showroom set out in such a way as to give good choice. Scott was excellent and there was never any pressure to up-sell or go through with anything at all. However, the customer service was spot on and we felt very looked after. A great company without that hard-sell component. Prices were superb and the process so simple.

I trusted this company from my first meeting with Charlie. We live in a tenement with a small bathroom which had previously been renovated by cowboy builders. I expressed my concerns to Charlie who said it would be no problem - and it wasn't!
Charlie helped with our design choices and listened to our ideas, even when we were asking for subtle details.
The building team were amazing - we had an issue with one of our walls and they managed to find someone to fix it instantly.
Sharon from Clyde called everyday to ensure everything was going well and we were satisfied with the project. Communication from Clyde was open all the way through, including phone calls to double check delivery and installation dates.

Charlie was completely transparent with all of our costs, advising us where we could save money/ telling us that some of our choices were more expensive. We felt comfortable knowing how much each part of the renovation cost and that we were getting the best deal

The communication throughout the project was excellent. Each day I was contacted by the project manager to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The fitters were also very good and professional. I'm really happy with the finished product and I would definitely recommend Clyde Bathrooms.

From start to finish our contact jack was superb even sorting things out on day off our fitter dariusz went above and beyond nothing was too much for him happy to help
