It is 22 years since we had a new kitchen and although we knew we needed a new one we were dreading the stress and chaos such a project would incur.
We need not have worried Gideon Robinson and his team did everything without fuss, the planning,the stripping the old one out and the building of the new one which is now admired by all who see it, was completed in record time and to a igh standard. It is Ultra modern clean white lines with a bit of colour and easy to use. Even when problems did occur as they do the wonderful joiners electricians and the whole team did everything in their power to ease the situation and to solve the problems in a very short time. Our only criticism is that after the kitchen was finished and ready to use there was a delay in dealing with the minor snagging issues that occurred.
We are very very pleased with the end product and would highly recommend anyone considering putting in a new kitchen to go to Gideon Robinson and his team.

We came across Gideon Robinson quite by accident while visiting other kitchen showrooms. Having visited a few, being greeted by the same products and the sales discussions, GR was a breath of fresh air. Grant showed us around, and genuinely seemed passionate about the products - there was no sales pitch, and we didn't feel the need to awkwardly escape as we had almost everywhere else. We were on a fairly tight budget, but fell in love with the Schuller worktops, so decided to spend a little more money on that, and get what we assumed would be cheaper IKEA furniture (which we'd used in the past and had been pleased with). We dropped GR an email with the sizes required and an overall plan, asking for a quote for the worktop, as well as quote for the furniture, just on the off chance it would be affordable - based on the quality and range of goods in the showroom we were sure it was out of our league. Alan responded promptly however, with a sum that was very surprisingly not too far off our IKEA budget. We made an appointment to discuss further, and had a fantastic chat with Alan regarding the layout and finishes. He worked within our budget, offering money saving advice where he could. We reached a sum we were happy to work with, and the order was placed. With a 6 week lead in time, we had a few queries relating to dimensions etc that GR had no problems answering, and when the kitchen arrived, we were more than impressed with the very friendly delivery service - a very long worktop required a bit of team work to manoeuvre indoors. On checking, we noticed that the doors for our integrated appliances were missing, however after a quick call, we established that they'd just been missed from the delivery pick-up, and Paul very kindly dropped them off on his way home from work that evening. We fitted the kitchen ourselves, and had no issues at all - it was a superb quality, and looks better than we could have possibly have imagined. In short, regardless of your kitchen size or budget, I'd definitely get in touch with Gideon Robinson - you'll be both surprised at and delighted!

Take time and be clear about what you want to achieve within a realistic budget and Gideon Robinson will do their best to get you there. The quality of the product sells itself. The design and fiitting helps you reach your expectations and all the team were very good throughout. Aside matching the final drawing to the listed items - the software and our brains were not compatible-we could not fault the service. Scott during these moments would confirm our job was small but never simple so expect some difficulties. Small job is now complete and I confirm that it was very successful and meets all expectations and more.

I called with a small dishwasher problem on friday night and Gideon himself came on saturday morning and sorted it.

Had a great connection with all staff, Scott was very helpful and totally trusted his ideas. Joiners plumbers electrics and decorator were all reliable and happy to give any of them keys to let them get on with it. Ran over budget but I think the speck of fitting and quality of products far outshine any of your B&Q ,Magnet or high street brands! And no one else came up with any ideas to make a galley kitchen so quirky yet usable . Thank you all @ Gideon Robinson x

Gideon Robinson were first class from the moment we walked through the showroom doors, through design stages (high resolution visuals are just brilliant) and final delivery. We carried out the installation ourselves but Gideon and his team were more than willing to assist us where we needed some guidance. Gideon has just personally rectified some wear and tear items in our kitchen free of charge, out kitchen is several years old and it is a pleasure in this day and age to find someone who puts service at the forefront of his business model. Thank you Gideon you are the 'go to ' man of the kitchen design and installation business .

Our fitted kitchen was installed in 2011. Unexpectedly we had to replace our washing machine. There was an issue getting the machine out of the space . We contacted Gideon who came out the same day and resolved the issue meaning the old machine can now be removed and the new one slotted in without any hassle. Great result for us as the alternative would have meant having to dismantle parts of the kitchen.

We enjoyed a very satisfying and collaborative design experience. Gideon came up with innovative ideas and we had a number of meetings before the final design was agreed. The use of a CAD programme to help us visualise the new kitchen was very helpful. Gideon was willing to give us as much time as needed to agree on the final design for our kitchen. We were able to see other kitchens which had been installed by Gideon Robinson's company and this was also very pertinent to our decision making process.
The products recommended were of a very high quality and the installation process went very smoothly, with all deadlines met.
As we live in a flatted block all the other residents were informed in advance by Gideon of the building work; this thoughtful touch was greatly appreciated by all our neighbours.
The after installation service has also been first class.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending this outstanding company to potential clients.

From concept to completion every aspect of purchase was handled in a professional manner. Quality of kitchen and finishing materials to exception standard. Now installed and looks stunning😀

Gideon Robertson planned , advised on and installed my kitchen several years ago.
The kitchen remains as good as new. Occasionally over the past few years, small things have required attention, for example light fittings and broken fridge door hinges. Most recently the seal around the sink plug hole had become loose.
On each occasion i have contacted Gideon directly and he has personally sorted the problem ,timely and free of charge,even although there is no written requirement to do so.
My home is an old sandstone villa which is an ongoing refurbishment project.
I can honestly say I can think of no better level of service and support than that I received from Gideon and his employees both at the time of instillation and to date.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend Gideon and his company.

After stumbling on Gideon Robinson by accident we were very impressed from the beginning with the whole kitchen buying experience. Alan completely understood our budget, and worked within that, in producing an impressive design. He spent a lot of time discussing the whole project down to the smallest detail including a site visit and a few hours on the computer! For our awkward kitchen layout, we went to several kitchen companies but we are not convinced by any of the designs. We met Gideon by chance and he really pay attention to what we need. When come to the kitchen design, he gave us a few options with effective suggestions, he then developed the 3D drawings in detail based on our preference. Furthermore, he tried to alter the design slightly to suit our budget without comprising too much what we wants.

I have to admit that the design is well-thought-out taking consideration of most of our needs. From the overall colour scheme to practical units’ arrangement, the kitchen looks not only sleek, but much bigger and brighter than it used to be. Our kitchen has not been done yet, but we would have no hesitation in recommending Gideon Robinson.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. Having had plans and quotes from three other kitchen showrooms none of them inspired us until we met Scott at Gideon Robinson. He spent time listening to our requirements and after visiting us he came up with a plan that was both innovative and practical.
We were having a wall knocked down so Scott had a blank canvas to work with and the completed kitchen is exactly as it was on the plan.

The kitchen was delivered on time, installed by Angus and his team and no detail was overlooked. The quality of the doors, drawers and fittings is great and the quartz worktop is beautiful; I can't believe how easy the kitchen is to keep clean. Scott kept in touch throughout the project and visited on completion to check everything was as he had planned.

I now have a fabulous kitchen and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gideon Robinson.
