Pleased with the annual servicing of our vehicle however, since purchasing our new car nearly 3 years ago, the overall customer service 'personal touch' experience could have been somewhat better.

What a great experience in buying a new car. The deal was so good I couldn’t refuse even though we’d only gone “to look”. Ryan was friendly and totally professional, giving us relevant information about the EV3. He even found the car in my husband’s favourite colour! Ryan spent time to explain all the great features on the car and I felt very confident in driving it out of the way showroom. He even phoned me later to ensure I was happy with my drive home.

Worst Dealership Ever..

I purchased a used Hyundai Bayon car (around 2,000 miles driven) from Evans Halshaw Stourbridge and paid a premium price expecting a high-quality vehicle and professional service.

At the time of collection, I immediately noticed that the rear bumper was damaged. The MOT was also very short. I was assured by the dealership team that the bumper would be repaired and the MOT would be renewed shortly.

Unfortunately, three months have now passed and the issue is still unresolved.

During this time I have:
• Contacted the dealership 20+ times
• Spoken with 7–8 different staff members
• Sent multiple emails
• Submitted two formal complaints

Despite this, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. Once the payment was completed and I left the dealership, communication effectively stopped.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a customer who paid in full and raised the issue immediately at collection, I expected the dealership to honour their commitment.

Since the matter remains unresolved, I am now preparing to escalate the issue legally.

Anyone reading this review and planning to buy a car from this dealership.
Please beaware and don’t throw your hard earned money on this dealership

I recently bought a used car from Evans Halshaw, Stourbridge. Very friendly helpful staff. Paid £99 to reserve the car and it was instantly removed from the website. Linda Collins handled the sale. Her knowledge and communication skills were excellent. Any emails/calls were answered swiftly and efficiently. On handover day, despite having a days holiday, she came in to ensure all went smoothly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to use this dealership in the future.
