I booked a repair appointment online for the 12th Jan, but received an email to say it was booked for the 21st? When I called to check if there was a typo or glitch I was told that their booking system was more a 'request' system. What a waste of my time. If they cant get the first contact right, what trust dose that give you in the rest of their service offering? Will not use.

Aatrocious dealership, they make up issues. Damage your vehicle, tell you it needs this and that to repair it. Then don't even replace the parts they say it needs because they caused the damage. Bad communication and don't do the job properly and lie to your face.
