van in for a repair
We had a van in for a repair in august (21/8/24) for them to have it for just shy of 4 weeks with no communication from them to tell us it was ready to collect, we had to contact them and ask the question, upon collection mid September (19/9/24) the check engine light was on, we reported it for them to give us a booking/slot on today (17/10/24) upon arrival to be told they couldn't take it in as they have a number of people off in the tech department and the next available booking/slot is in months time (13/11/24).
