We came to enquire about a motability car at Evans Halshaw Gainsborough. Ben assisted us throughout this process and was incredibly helpful, polite and kind. He explained everything clearly and in great detail, he gave us the opportunity to have a test drive, and took the time to show us how everything inside the car worked.
