The best place to go to
After realising my old car was broken beyond repair I had a look on different dealership websites. Started on Arnold Clark but found the prices extortionate! Looked on Evan halshaw and find everything reasonably priced. Saw a mini convertible that I instantly knew I wanted. I put a request it on the Friday evening and got a phone call from Lewis on the Saturday morning. Lewis was very informative and explained everything to me. As a young female who knows nothing about cars and being worried about being ripped off. I never felt like that with these guys. Everything was explained to me and Lewis and Kieran (who then was the main person I dealt with) were happy to answer my numerous phone calls (sorry😂) and explain everything to me including the 3 year guarantee deal that we added on. By Tuesday I was at the dealership and my dream car was ready. I dealt with Kieran on the Tuesday who got everything signed very quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, we had to wait (an issue with the finance company not evan halshaw and out of their control) whilst we waited Kieran kept us updated. Gave us directions to get a kfc, let me sit in the car, fill it up and kept me and my Mum pampered with free coffee and water. Throughout Kieran came over and spoke to us wether it was about an update with the finance company or a general chat and a bit of banter. We were soon driving home in my new mini. The service was excellent, couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Particularly if your worried about being ripped off from other places or paying too much. So happy and have already being recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you so much for getting me sorted. :)
