Ben was superb from the word go. Friendly, helpful, non judgemental, and not pushy in the slightest. Liaised with him over the phone the day before, all transparent and upfront, better than expected part exchange, and service with a smile. Only mild gripe was that an extended warranty wasn't available, but there is a 90 day one supplied FOC until I sort something out.They have made arrangements to get a windscreen blemish removed at no cost.Ben is a credit to the Chorley branch, and it is unlikely I would have driven an hour out of my way without such a level of professionalism involved. Having worked in customer facing sales for 27 years, I can appreciate that the reputation of the company is in the hands of every individual. Well done, Ben. Good luck for the future, and would definitely come here again.

The employees here really go above and beyond for customers. The person helping us when we made an enquiry was very responsive and even sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered all of our questions. When we came in to look at the vehicle, another employee was equally courteous and friendly. We ended up not getting the car, but still want to acknowledge the staff here for their helpful assistance.
