After getting a total lack of interest from another dealership, we found Obi to be excellent. He wasn’t pushy, but explained everything fully. We purchased the car, and its few minor faults were rectified promptly.

We part exchanged our much cared for and meticulously maintained BMW ! series M Sport with Evan Halshaw in Altrincham , our Sales Executive Sunder Yousaf was faultless in every way , nothing was too much trouble and although only young was very mature , understanding and professional in dealing with us .
needless to say after a bit of negotiating with Sunder and Matt his boss we attained an ever better price for our part exchange than the BMW dealers we had originally bought the car from! , and purchased A Ford Puma ST .
cant fault them at all great service and communication from A to Z , a long but pleasurable day for us all .

Adrian Spruce in the service department gave us the name of an efficient local towing service ...our car had broken down on New Year's Eve, so the AAcould only tow it back to our house!Once the car was at Evans Halshaw garage we were kept informed about costs and length of time the work would take We were pleasantly surprised when the work was finished earlier than expected and we now feel we have a new car. Not only is it running again but the bodywork scratches have all disappeared and the fading paintwork has been restored to its original shiny tomato red!The staff we met were really helpful, polite and personable . Adrian Spruce the service guy was a star!

Efficient and friendly service in a comfortable environment.
Unfortunately the day after our Service/MOT we received an email from Evans Halshaw that 'critical' work on 3 Red areas was not carried out and we had to book the car in again to replace 2 'red' front tyres & and realign all 4 tyres, also in red! We had no idea or explanation/apology from Evans Halshaw Altrincham Service Team why this wasn't done at the Service/MOT, except to be told they thought it was orange not Red! Good job someone spotted it and informed us. We would not have given a starred review if we had known what had happened earlier.

Came i to the showroom to look at a car id seen on line. Spoke with mughera and met her in the showroom. She was just great friendly knowledgeable and not pushy. Everyone was great took car for test drive paid deposit and picked up next day. Really easy process. Brilliant team and I love my new car

I recently bought a used Fiesta from Evans Halshaw Altrincham. I am really happy with the car. Obi, Anna and Matthew were great. They made the whole process go smoothly. Absolutely abysmal service!
How can a company/branch (altrincham) give a valuation online one day and the next day drop the value by over 2k!! With no substantial evidence for the reason??
A quality mercedes Benz for sale being in excellent condition with a top spec
is simply dismissed without genuine reason.
It’s obviously a tactic to draw you in then hopefully rip you off of fair price similar cars are on sale with dealers for 22k they wanted to give me just over 17k having offered 19k the day before. They are trying to target desperate people to make more profits steer clear!!

Bought a 208 GTI today from Evans Halshaw in Altrincham. Was brilliantly looked after by Sunder, he was really excellent as a salesperson very attentive and knowledgeable and clearly had a passion for cars. Would highly recommend. Phoned dealership to enquire about a car, visited the showroom day after 12/08/25, spoke to Mughera and she looked after myself and my wife, most of the day, very helpful, no problems, and bought the car we liked, Mughera is just a lovely person and easy to talk to.
