Darlaston had problems delivering my order on the day promised but arranged for the next day. 7.30 pm my ordered arrived they put extra delivery on that night.

Absolutely excellent service from Darlaston Builders Merchants!
I ordered some building materials and the delivery was handled by Driver Adam. He was polite, professional, and incredibly quick — had everything unloaded and neatly placed in no time. His friendly attitude and efficiency really stood out and made the whole process stress-free.

The website was clear when I placed the order, and the materials were exactly as described. Great local merchants who clearly take pride in their customer service. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. Highly recommended!

We placed an order over £500+ face to face in Darlaston Builders. They gave us the booking, Day and time for delivery. They then delivered our order a day before at a different address. Then when I rang to enquire what time they were delivering my order, they informed me that they already came the day before. The assistant was extremely rude, unpleasant, and disrespectful. How can you be arguing with a customer when you decide yo change the booking day and time without any consultation or agreement with the customer. Then you don't even apologise for your company's mistake.
They then begrudgingly agreed to deliver my original order on the day it was agreed.
They made the delivery driver leave our order until the very last time of the day 18.35pm . They deliberately sent the wrong items in our order. But because we don't want anything to do with these horrible, spiteful people who work there, our builders are professionals and they were able to use what we were given and create the project .
I wouldn't recommend a Dog to shop at Darlaston Builders unless you want to be served by a bunch if unprofessional Moron's.
The only decent professional person they have there is a lovely English lady who knows how to speak with customers and she is wasted there , don't know why she is working for them , she could do so much better any where but that Rubbish company.

Expecting a delivery yesterday. They totally messed it up. Not coming till Monday now and got a landscaper coming today. How they can't tell the difference between a billing address and delivery address is beyond me despite 2 previous orders done the same way in the last 12 months. No one rang me to tell me they’d got it wrong. Had to chase and even then told to ring back cause they were too busy to take my call. Wouldn’t bother if you need anything on the right date cause they will let you down and not even try to get the delivery out till it next suits them!

I will never use these guys again!
Turned up 15 minutes before closing wanting a price on a job lot, only to be turned away as they couldn’t bothered as stating now closed. I guess they didn’t want the extra £900+. Went down the road to GS Fencing who were very welcoming and accommodating. As such placed the order with them.

I had a great experience at the Tyseley branch, thanks to Satty at the trade counter. I am a regular customer at CAMBABEST Limited, but after the level of service I received, I will now be using Darlaston as well. Satty was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. He took the time to understand what I needed, offered useful advice, and ensured everything was sorted correctly. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out and made a big difference to my visit. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the Darlaston Builders Merchant team.

Customer Servies is amazing delivery is always on time dawn from the brick yard deals with my orders and I have never had a problem I would highly recommend darlaston builders

I am absolutely amazed at the level of expertise and enthusiasm the staff at Tysley have especially Satti this guy needs promotion to managerial . Im a local builder and shop at Camabest mostly but now I’ll be shopping at Darlaston builders from now on. No queues or long waits . 😊

I ordered 12 fence panels and placed my order by phone which I wouldn’t normally do. However, I had been on the website and seen them and thought I’d give it a go and ring. They were helpful and friendly. I called on a Wednesday and they said they would deliver on Saturday morning, which they did at 8am! The delivery driver rang about half hour prior to let me know he was on the way. The fence panels are great and the delivery driver even delivered them to the back garden where I wanted them - top class thank you
