Outstanding Service!
The staff and manager at Kelvin Timber always surpass my expectations, and this was yet another reason for using them as my first choice.
I had accidentally selected skirting and facing with different designs.
I was contacted immediately by 2 separate staff members and then the manager to make sure it wasn’t a mistake, which of course it was!
Such rare attention to detail and high level of care for customers is something that is crucial to making a purchase for me.
Always shop at Kelvin and this just proves my point in abundance .
