We just bought a beautiful sofa from Christopher Pratts store in Leeds. We didn't end up looking anywhere else because there was such a great range there. I liked the fact that Chris, the sales person we dealt with was friendly and professional but gave us time to browse rather than trying to hard sell. He then checked in with us at just the right time to answer our questions and provide information about different options and materials for the sofa we liked. He didn't rush us even though it was close to store closing time. Great experience all round.

We spent considerable time looking before choosing our Fama sofa bed. Our experience at Pratts was excellent. I’ve waited some months post delivery to write this so I can comment on the quality of product.

Sales - David Tolchard was knowledgeable,professional , friendly but in no way pushy. The way the Pratts sales team cover specific floor areas meant we were attended to by people who knew their products, and the same people across days. Highly recommend shopping here. Service was excellent.
Finance options were clear and useful.

Post sale communication was excellent, everything David said would happen did and on time.

Product- The Fama sofa bed quality is fabulous and it looks great.

Clean, airy store with lots of choice. Served by Mark Huntington who was helpful. He found me all the material choices; he brought us coffee; he showed us other sofas which were similar. He gave us information about how the furniture was made.

Called into Christopher Pratts Leeds branch today to look at sofas. Large choice to choose from with a whole range of colours. Richard was very helpful and explained in detail the different styles and combinations. No sales pressure,and he even offered some information on styles etc for us to take away to think about. Very pleasant visit with enjoyable cuppa included. Look forward to the sofas being delivered and will definitely shop here again. Thank you Richard.

Decision time on a new bed which you want to get right. The store has a huge selection & is definitely worth a visit.
Advised & helped by Matty (patient & knowledgeable with my many questions & visits into store). No sales pressure which i was grateful for & makes me a repeat customer.

Mark Huntington has been very polite and extremely helpful in liaising with the supplier regarding a specific chair fabric for us and has kept us informed throughout the process from our first enquiry to placing our order.

We met David Tolchard today - and received a warm welcome. We knew the product we wanted so he explained everything clearly - no rush or pressure - and didn’t go off to serve anyone else - which is important to us. The package was agreed and we walked out feeling very pleased with our order and await similar service when our bed is delivered - which we have no doubt it will be. He is very knowledgeable about the products and had lots of patience with us when we were slightly undecided about the size of sofa to order. I confirmed the size with him by email and he acknowledged that straight away.

I purchased a chair with the help of salesman Dale Williamson who was knowledgeable and helpful and arranged a price I was happy with..Three months later it arrived but it had not been assembled correctly and broke as soon as I sat in it.I was given a refund and told I'd be contacted about the chair following its repair.I'd waited 3 months and didn't really fancy starting from scratch. I wasn't contacted as expected and I raised the issue with senior management.I was subsequently called by the store director Paul Griffin, and I explained everything that had happened.He has been incredibly understanding about the whole episode.It subsequently transpired that the repaired chair was not suitable for the back problems I have been experiencing.This is where Paul Griffin has gone above and beyond to facilitate a different chair which I have now ordered with the help of Andy (who was also extremely helpful). One thing I can say with certainty is that this is a company that values customer service and if there is a shortcoming or unforeseen mishap ,they will do their best to put it right. In my case they have done just that.

We went to Christopher Pratts to look at sofa for our conservatory, Chris was so helpful answering all our questions and advise on fabric. No pressure at all a very enjoyable experience thankyou so much Chris.

We’re comeback customers - over decades Pratt’s has delivered, quite literally and offer great prices but even more important are their team who really work with you understand what you’re after often directing you to things you’d not consider including cheaper option and have amazing knowledge and warmth. David Johnson was excellent when helping us pick Garden Furniture recently and Tamsyn supporting purchase of a bed for my disabled mum. No pressure just solid considered advice - how they manage to cram so much stuff in their Leeds showroom baffles me - if you cant find what you’re after there you’re clearly orbiting a different star to me. Their prices are very keen and range unsurpassed.

He did not try to pressure us to make a purchase and let us take all the time we wanted to reach our decision. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. We were given a two-hour delivery window, and the delivery team arrived within two minutes of the estimated time, which was really impressive.

Having recently purchased sofa and chair with great service I decided to return to buy a lamp and side table and again was really satisfied with the help from Chris and Ann I shall certainly return.
