I unknowingly emailed Craig Thornton-Fletcher when he was on annual leave about a problem we had with a piece of furniture. He took the time to answer whilst away and asked if it would wait until he was back or should he pass to a other member of staff. I said it would wait and he dealt with it straight away on his return.

Excellent service as always at Christopher Pitts. Lisa was very patient whilst I selected the correct material for my footstool. She searched for different materials to my exacting criteria and offered sound advice when I asked for it. Thanks Lisa!

Went to this shop looking for 2 mattresses, was first served by Matty who thoroughly went through the benefits of each mattress we were looking at and who was helpful. Once we had decided which ones to purchase we went back to the shop a 2nd time and this time was served by David who again was very helpful and thorough even through in 2 Harrison Sphinx pillows. Great service from both guys, just got to wait for the mattresses to arrive. In addition to the lovely service I have received an email.update saying that they will prioritise my Harrison sphinx mattress for a quicker delivery as it can take upto 6 wks.

We asked a question and we got a lovely friendly salesman called Duncan he was professional caring person who helped us a lot I would say he went that extra mile and made our shopping trip fantastic when we go to Christopher Pratt again we will be looking for Duncan to help us again

As always CHRISTOPHER PRATT’s has come up trumps! Over the years we have purchased from them and they have never let us down! I have always found their staff to be knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.

I purchased a dining table and chairs four years ago and have moved home a few times since then. I noticed recently one of the legs was damaged so contacted the Leeds store . I am so pleased with the excellent customer service. The manager emailed me he had managed to source a new leg from the same batch the original was made from 4 years ago !!!! It was posted out to me all free of charge. Best after sales service I’ve ever had.

We’re very happy with the furniture we bought from Christopher Pratts, and very impressed by the service offered. Duncan Edwards provided us with great advice when choosing the items - he has a talent for asking the right questions to narrow down what was (initially) a daunting range of options, and teased out of us what combinations of colours and styles we were after. Delivery was on time and we were pleasantly served by capable delivery staff. The choice at Christopher Pratts is phenomenal, and the service matches it. Very impressed and happy to recommend.

Have wanted to visit this store for a while and called in recently to look at beds. We were looked after by David T who took the time to show us beds in our price range and then gave us time to make a decision on our own with no pushy salesmanship. Would definitely return for other items of furniture in the future.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a large selection of furniture to look at. Lisa was very efficient and friendly.

We were welcomed in and directed to area of the store we needed, but no pressure or sales pitch.
When we needed advce it was readily available and the sales person (Matty) listned to what we wanted, gave us some relevant guidance and showed us a range meeting our needs. No pressure applied, all our questions were answered and when he wasn't sure he checked with his manager.
We finally chose and ordered the bed (slight hiccup when the mattress we ordered turned out to be not available but a replacement was suggested and the price difference minimised) with confidence about the decision and about availability and delivery.
After that and at our request, Matty came to help us with an order for a couple of chairs, again no pushing or upselling, just advice. It turned out after we ordered the chairs that this was during his scheduled lunch break but he had not wanted us to be inconvenienced.
In the end Pratts offered an excellent experience. Really good stock, reasonable prices and with great sales service.

Been using Christopher Pratt for many years and not disappointed when I visit today to order my new lounge furniture. I'd done all the research beforehand just needed a bit of final guidance and I got that straight away from David Johnson the salesperson. So professional and friendly. An enjoyable experience and very happy with my choices. Great on pricing too. Excited now about receiving my purchases. I have every confidence in the delivery service, too.

The choice was amazing.
The staff were friendly without being ‘pushy’. We were with Chris who offered us advice and information and then left us to make our own choices but was available for any questions/,enquiries we had. Great guy!
