David Johnson was extremely helpful and efficient as are all the staff at CP’s

We visited the store having viewed a number of other furniture outlets in Leeds. The layout and selection was much better than the others and we were able to browse and get a feel for what we were looking for. We were also helped by David Johnson who guided us based on our thoughts, with no pressure but very informative. We left with a number of options for us to consider. A week later we revisited the store and having decided which sofa David was most helpful in the selection of fabrics for both the sofa and cushions. All in all it was a really good experience and I would recommend anyone to include Christopher Pratts when looking for furniture.

Not my first time purchasing furniture from CP's and won't be the last. We went to view some garden furniture. David couldn't have been more helpful. He talked us through everything we needed to know and more. Not sure we could have received better service. Bad planning on our side that we left it a bit late to order but David managed to have the Garden Set delivered as promised within the week. You can't ask for more can you? Fantastic service. Dale Williamson Senior Sales and Lisa Berry were our sales advisors and they were " outstanding ", extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable .

We recently bought a Tempur mattress and received absolutely outstanding service from Matty at Regent Street store. From start to finish, his knowledge about the products was excellent and he took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond to help us get the best possible deal. Nothing was too much trouble and he genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right mattress for us at the best price.

Fantastic customer service, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We left feeling confident we’d made the right choice thanks to Matty’s help. Highly recommend!

Visited again today and was looked after by Duncan who was excellent. All my dealings with Christopher Pratts have been very helpful and friendly.

Paul and Andy warmly welcomed us to Pratts, offering excellent advice and service on a busy Saturday lunchtime. They listened carefully to our needs and and answered our queries with patience and humour. Overall, outstanding face to face service in a digital age which has devalued personal interactions between customer/ client and seller.

Great customer service. David and Duncan in store were friendly and not too pushy. The warehouse team were also absolutley lovely over the telephone. And the guys who delivered the sofa also really friendly and chatty.

We bought a sofa from Christopher Pratts last year. We were happy with the quality and helpfulness of the staff, so much so we decided to buy another sofa from them.
Sales rep David Johnson gave great customer service again, remembering us from last year.

We bought furniture in Pratts and the experience was so good, we came back the next day and bought some more. No pressure sales and people following you about. Just help when you need it from knowledgeable staff. I would recommend 100%. Special mention to Lisa Berry and Dale Williamson for being patient with us and making the experience very enjoyable

Our sales assistant Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Calagaris range we were interested in. Ordering was straightforward and efficient.

My husband, children and I have been looking for a new sofa recently, we had tried all the sofa shops up at birstall with very little luck, we found 1 sofa we liked from one store but later discovered that their aftercare was not the best. We then decided to try Christopher Pratts. I was reluctant when we first went as I thought the sofas would be way out of our price range. On entering the store we were left to browse at our own leisure which is a massive win in itself. Shortly after browsing a gentleman named Andy introduced himself, told us a little about christopher pratts and pretty much left us to it. He was there if we had questions and wasnt pushy at all, we told him we weren't looking at buying on that day and he respected that. A couple of weeks later we went back to look at the downstairs of the store as we hadn't had time on our previous visit. Again we saw Andy, introduced him to my mum who was with us and spoke about my grandparents as he had dealt with them a few weeks prior to us going in. Again we were left to browse at our own leisure. We eventually decided that we wanted to buy the sofa we had seen on the first visit. Andy was brilliant throughout answering any questions we had, he even allowed us to move the showroom round so we could see the configuration how it may look in our living room, he was really helpful, he gave us space if we needed to discuss things as a family etc. I would definitely recommend christopher pratts and to deal with Andy if you can cause he was great. There was no pressure sales as with many bed shops. Richard was easy to work with and went to great lengths to sort out our queries. He gave us plenty of free time to think and covered all our doubts when it came to buy. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of shopping in such a relaxed atmosphere. Many thanks to Richard

I love this store, plenty of furniture to browse around and great quality. The staff will present themselves to customers and not pester you, just letting you know they are around if needed. I had dealings with two.of the staff... Dale and Mark, both so easy to deal with and very well informed and both made my experience a very happy one... definitely 5star ...more if I could.
