Genuinely super helpful but with no pressure. Even helped with scheduling our delivery and finding out weights etc. Thanks to Matty (Leeds) for the excellent service.

This is the second mattress we've had from this company in just three years, and now the second one has developed a fault while still under warranty.

We raised the issue as it appears to be a manufacturing defect, but were disappointed to receive an email stating that the warranty claim would not be honoured. For a mattress that is still within the warranty period and showing what seems to be a manufacturer's fault, this response is unacceptable.

The quality of the product and the lack of support when a genuine issue arises have left us extremely disappointed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

The showroom is well laid out with a lot of excellent choice and information available nearby about each item of furniture. Good parking and very welcoming environment. We had particularly good service from Chris who was at hand to give friendly, helpful advice when needed but did not pressure us in any way and gave us space to make a choice. We purchased a sofa and he made the whole process of ordering easy - explaining everything as he went along ensuring we understood the process. Other staff also were very friendly and welcoming including the young lady on reception and another who gave us coffee and who recognised we needed to take a break from wondering which sofa to buy!!

From the moment we entered we had a very warm welcome. The products are all displayed in a way that it is easy to find what you are looking for. We were looking for a new mattress and Matty was extremely helpful and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions and guide us into the correct one for us. He even made us a lovely cup of coffee. I would highly recommend Christopher Pratts, we have been coming here for years and always had good service.

We recently had another successful visit to Pratts in Leeds. There is always so much choice. The products are high quality and excellent value. Duncan was there to advise us with no pressure at all. He knows his products inside out and is such a nice man.

Compliments to Matty - a consummate professional- who helped my elderly aunt choose a bed this weekend that both met her medical needs and looks amazing. Polite, knowledgable and helpful he gave us ideas and advised us on certain considerations when choosing a new bed for an elderly person that we hadn’t even considered- potentially saving time and money in the future. As a family we are very grateful for the time he dedicated to this sale. Thanks Matty!

Went in the shop today to look for a new mattress and bed frame, we got served by David Tolchard. He was extremely helpful answering all our questions in detail and even getting all measurements for the bed frame to suit our needs.

Our first visit to Christopher Pratts today and our shopping experience was first class. We were looking for a new chair with my 91 year old mum to replace her worn out one. We were taken under the wing of sales assistant David who was extremely helpful and gave mum all the time and information she needed to make a decision on her purchase.

We visited the store looking for new furniture. Both Lisa and Chris were very helpful and patient and we subsequently ordered a new table and chairs. To help us decide on the new Settees we arranged with them to obtain fabric samples which we received at home from their suppliers. Keep up the good work you are doing.

Excellent customer service from Chris. Very helpful showed us other products in the same range which we purchased. Very polite and helpful. Good quality products, lovely showroom lots of products.

We visited Christopher Pratts whilst looking for a new headboard for our spare bed and was greeted by Matty Kielb who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have always had excellent service from the staff at Pratts in the past, and this was no exception. Matty was really friendly and cheerful and altogether it was a pleasurable experience. Andy Aylesbury helped us choose Stressless chairs and footstools by describing in some detail the pros and cons of the different chairs on show, and the options available. Good knowledge of the products and an easy going and friendly manner. Excellent experience, thank you.

In our ENDEAVOUR to find a sofa of the right shape for where it was going in our house. The style, design, colour, material and comfort all to consider, which isn't the easiest of tasks for anyone with what they probably have a image in mind, and what they hope to see and find when out looking !
NOT EASY !
Then of course with a budget you hope will be achieved.
The larger the choice, the easier to narrow it down which certainly, the bigger stores like Christopher Pratts of Leeds is !
After that, proffessional yet not overbearing sales staff is definately a plus in making the final choice that much more pleasant an experience and confidence in the end purchase.
Two who need a mention for their assistance in our choice of sofa and stool, along with a further purchase from their range of furnishings namely a swivel chair are; DUNCAN EDWARDS & ANDY AYLESBURY.
Both gentlemen gave excellent service and made our experience a pleasure even when coming to the point of sale and parting with the a increased expenditure than originally had in mind at the start of the exercise !
Our furniture has yet to arrive in the usual time of 10/12wks promised as the order was only given at the start of this week. But thats something again, dealing with such a reputable company trading as long as Christopher Pratts in Leeds, leaves me with no concerns as to any problems, or delays, that won't be dealt with in a true proffessional manner.
