We have just ordered a suite from Christopher Pratts at the Leeds store. We appreciated the care and time that was given to us by Tamsyn and Craig. We have bought various items in the past and we were so pleased to find that as before customer care matters most. There is such a vast range of furniture to view. Thank you Tamsyn and Craig for all your help and knowledge we would certainly recommend you.

Very happy with the service received when ordering a sofa from Richard Sanderson.
He is very knowledgeable about the products and had lots of patience with us when we were slightly undecided about the size of sofa to order. I confirmed the size with him by email and he acknowledged that straight away.
Great choice of quality products with very helpful, friendly staff that are not at all pushy.

I purchased a chair with the help of salesman Dale Williamson who was knowledgeable and helpful and arranged a price I was happy with..Three months later it arrived but it had not been assembled correctly and broke as soon as I sat in it.I was given a refund and told I'd be contacted about the chair following its repair.I'd waited 3 months and didn't really fancy starting from scratch. I wasn't contacted as expected and I raised the issue with senior management.I was subsequently called by the store director Paul Griffin, and I explained everything that had happened.He has been incredibly understanding about the whole episode.It subsequently transpired that the repaired chair was not suitable for the back problems I have been experiencing.This is where Paul Griffin has gone above and beyond to facilitate a different chair which I have now ordered with the help of Andy (who was also extremely helpful). One thing I can say with certainty is that this is a company that values customer service and if there is a shortcoming or unforeseen mishap ,they will do their best to put it right. In my case they have done just that.

We went to Christopher Pratts to look at sofa for our conservatory, Chris was so helpful answering all our questions and advise on fabric. No pressure at all a very enjoyable experience thankyou so much Chris.

We’re comeback customers - over decades Pratt’s has delivered, quite literally and offer great prices but even more important are their team who really work with you understand what you’re after often directing you to things you’d not consider including cheaper option and have amazing knowledge and warmth. David Johnson was excellent when helping us pick Garden Furniture recently and Tamsyn supporting purchase of a bed for my disabled mum. No pressure just solid considered advice - how they manage to cram so much stuff in their Leeds showroom baffles me - if you cant find what you’re after there you’re clearly orbiting a different star to me. Their prices are very keen and range unsurpassed.

We were welcomed and served by Chris Barrowclough. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to pressure us to make a purchase and let us take all the time we wanted to reach our decision. It is a pleasure to shop at Christopher Pratts, from whom we have bought before and will do so again.

We were looking to purchase a new mattress and visited Christopher Pratts in Leeds. David was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to explain all of our options without any pressure.

From start to finish, the communication was excellent. We were given a two-hour delivery window, and the delivery team arrived within two minutes of the estimated time, which was really impressive.

We’re extremely pleased with both our new mattress and the fantastic service we received. Highly recommended!

Have now bought a few things from Duncan at Christopher pratts in Leeds. Each time we find Duncan to be extremely helpful /friendly & professional. We will be back I am sure in the future.

Having recently purchased sofa and chair with great service I decided to return to buy a lamp and side table and again was really satisfied with the help from Chris and Ann I shall certainly return.

I unknowingly emailed Craig Thornton-Fletcher when he was on annual leave about a problem we had with a piece of furniture. He took the time to answer whilst away and asked if it would wait until he was back or should he pass to a other member of staff. I said it would wait and he dealt with it straight away on his return.

Excellent service as always at Christopher Pitts. Lisa was very patient whilst I selected the correct material for my footstool. She searched for different materials to my exacting criteria and offered sound advice when I asked for it. Thanks Lisa!

Went to this shop looking for 2 mattresses, was first served by Matty who thoroughly went through the benefits of each mattress we were looking at and who was helpful. Once we had decided which ones to purchase we went back to the shop a 2nd time and this time was served by David who again was very helpful and thorough even through in 2 Harrison Sphinx pillows. Great service from both guys, just got to wait for the mattresses to arrive. In addition to the lovely service I have received an email.update saying that they will prioritise my Harrison sphinx mattress for a quicker delivery as it can take upto 6 wks.

We asked a question and we got a lovely friendly salesman called Duncan he was professional caring person who helped us a lot I would say he went that extra mile and made our shopping trip fantastic when we go to Christopher Pratt again we will be looking for Duncan to help us again

As always CHRISTOPHER PRATT’s has come up trumps! Over the years we have purchased from them and they have never let us down! I have always found their staff to be knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.

I purchased a dining table and chairs four years ago and have moved home a few times since then. I noticed recently one of the legs was damaged so contacted the Leeds store . I am so pleased with the excellent customer service. The manager emailed me he had managed to source a new leg from the same batch the original was made from 4 years ago !!!! It was posted out to me all free of charge. Best after sales service I’ve ever had.

We’re very happy with the furniture we bought from Christopher Pratts, and very impressed by the service offered. Duncan Edwards provided us with great advice when choosing the items - he has a talent for asking the right questions to narrow down what was (initially) a daunting range of options, and teased out of us what combinations of colours and styles we were after. Delivery was on time and we were pleasantly served by capable delivery staff. The choice at Christopher Pratts is phenomenal, and the service matches it. Very impressed and happy to recommend.

Have wanted to visit this store for a while and called in recently to look at beds. We were looked after by David T who took the time to show us beds in our price range and then gave us time to make a decision on our own with no pushy salesmanship. Would definitely return for other items of furniture in the future.
