I ordered two pairs of shoes and waa sent the wrong sizes for both of them. I ordered size 7 which is supposed to be size 40 but was sent a size 38. The other shoes just had some numbers at the bottom 240(1.5). I don't even know what this means, it was supposed to be a size 7 also. So both shoes don't fit me.

We can confirm that the size selected during checkout corresponds with the measurements listed in the size chart on the product page, and the sizes sent match the selected option according to that chart. Some of our footwear may display different manufacturer markings (such as numbers like 240), which can vary depending on the factory labeling system.

Excellent Customer Support
I recently ordered a pair of Halden Loafers from Callenford, and what I would like to point out best about this transaction was the customer support, even though the order took time and the shoes were a little different to what I saw in the pictures, the customer service rep Berk, was very helpful and responsive throughout.

Terrible customer service like many of these online stores they…
Like many of these online stores they don’t have accurate sizes probably due to being in china. I purchased a xl jacket which for me is a little big so I can compensate for undershirt etc. When I got the jacket, it was way too small without one shirt on it did not fit contact customer support. They offered me a 15% off. I said no thank you I still need a complete refund and a return tag. They then offered 50% return and keep the jacket again I said no why would I want to pay any money for something that was false advertised being your sizing. And they expect me to pay for shipping it back
Don’t ever buy from this company

• We offered several solutions, including a larger size, a partial refund with no return required, and finally a full refund.
• The full refund was processed back to your original payment method immediately after your request.
• As stated in our return policy, return shipping is handled on the customer’s side, but we still did our best to offer multiple alternatives to avoid that cost.
We understand sizing frustration — especially with fitted jackets — and we genuinely tried to resolve this in the quickest and fairest way possible.
