I ordered because the design caught my eye but I stayed impressed because of the support. They answered my message quickly and helped me feel confident about the purchase. The product also looked good when it arrived. It felt like a smooth experience.

They are an absolute fraud. I received the delivery for order no #cf22666 July 7, today july 20th 2026. and the shoe was received damaged. Also the quality was too bad. I am highly Disappointed. I will like to return the shoes immediately. It is in its original packaging unused and untouched.

They absolutely would not give me a 100% refund. After so much back and forth they only refunded 35%.

Item is of significant lower quality than online pictures lead you to believe. Reached out to them twice to initiate a return with no answers. Dollar store quality with no option to return.

This is a fraudulent company. Period. Purchased sunglasses from their website. They have been heavily advertising on social media lately.. instagram, facebook. Most of these photos of sunglasses are complete A.I. fakes, they don't actually have the product they are selling. Great work on the fake photos though, I really did want those sunglasses. Nothing was ever shipped to me. After repeated email requests, they sent a tracking number, that was wrong and I tried the tracking number with every major carrier. I asked which shipper they are using, no response. Their website does not even open now in Google Chrome. Filed a credit card dispute, now 3 weeks after the order.

I really love the product I got the sunglasses and they look exactly like the ad I saw on Facebook. I was a bit concerned the site wasn’t legit as they were taking a while to arrive. Customer service stayed in touch following my query then offered to send me another pair but that very day they arrived and I couldn’t be happier.

I received a pair that were missing a nose cushion, I reached out to customer service and they promptly replaced the entire order, it arrived in good time, they did right by me. I couldn’t be happier, I would definitely buy from them again.
