I ordered randomly late at night lol and forgot about it. When it came i was actually impressed. The fabric feels soft with great quality. Fits well without needing adjustments. Its one of those purchases that just works without effort.

First of all i want to say thanks to their customer support team they doing their job really well, they helped me nicely in choosing correct size and tracking and the shirt i got is just easy to wear and perfect fit nothing flashy but it works for daily use. Fabric feels comfortable and doesn’t irritate or anything. The order was nicely packed and delivered in time, overall just a smooth experience

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son prom like a month early they didn’t arrive till like a week after his prom I contacted them for a refund they said I’d have to pay to send them back which would have been 50 which is the price of the shoe which is crazy then they only refunded me 12 dollars like what??? I will never ever ever order anything from this website again!

I’ve tried a lot of these online stores and most are hit or miss but this one actually delivered what was shown. The chinos i ordered have some stretch so they’re comfortable for long days. Also they shippedout exactly same as they shown at the time of order nothing unexpected. Overall its a really smooth experience.

Lance was a great help. Accidently ordered two items when I meant to order one and they refunded me in a timely and professional matter. Also my sunglasses are great, wear them almost every day

I had a great experience with the customer service agent who helped me out. When I got my shirt sent out it was slightly smaller than I would've liked and when I reached out, they sent me a free size replacement with no hassle. I didnt even have to send the other one back, they asked me to donate it.

Ordered on 3/4/26 - paid for shipping upon ordering. When USPS attempted to deliver my order (4/3/26), the shipper had used a fraudulent shipping label, and I would have to pay $13.31 additional to accept the package. I refused the package, which was literally a mylar envelope with what I could feel were shoes inside. No box. The return address didn't say Kennedy Alfred, but "Elvira". It did match the shipping information they sent me. I requested a refund as I could prove I refused the shipment. They haven't answered, so I filed a charge-back with my credit card company. It appears that the "Elvira" location also refused the package, so now they will go against the USPS as their package is now "missing". They are a complete fraud! I will update as I get additional information.

I ordered a pair of black leather loafers and the site claimed they were all leather and orthopedic and I received them over two weeks later from China, but a woman’s name in Chicago. I knew they were from China as I received emails they were coming from China.
I open the envelope to find shoes that are not leather, not stamped the size or name of the company and all I could smell was shoe polish that filled up my room.
They will not take them back and I know this is my fault for not research, but don’t be taken in by this company stay far away.

This company hides the fact that they are based in China. Takes a month to get your item. Merchandise is cheap flea market junk. Makes returns impossible, uses fake mail drop addresses on return label. DO NOT order ANYTHING from these people. OH, and BTW...any 5 star reviews on her are most likely planted by the company.

Ordered Genuine Leather "Air-Flow" Loafers. Super comfortable loafer I can wear to the office. Has enough support that my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Some loafers have left me with heel pain after a day of walking around the office. These don't. Look good and feel good.

This is company is a complete scam and fraud. DON'T fall for it. I bought the jacket with no tag and completely wrong size.

Do not order from them! It's a scam website and you cannot cancel your order and you won't receive it. I'm going to contact my cc and report fraud!

The shoes were not leather as advertised. They smelled of chemicals and the sole was coming off right out of the bag. Not to mention the almost 2 month wait on shipping for their cheap crap.

I love my new Valetta loafers! I am very impressed with the quality of the shoe. They are very comfortable and great quality!

This company is a FRAUD. Steer clear. They are using images that are on several sites that are same way. This is nothing but temu. Paid for high looking quality penny loafers and they look nothing like the picture. Once they shipped internationally, I knew I was doomed and had been scammed. Customer service is not helpful. You either have to pay the same price $50 just to ship the item back or offered a 15% refund. They are running a fraudulent scheme. These shoes show on temu for $22. I should have done my due diligence and more research. Unless you are happy with temu products, do not stop
Purchase. There is a reason there’s zero reviews on the site. Legal action will be taken to stop this fraud

Most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. They do not have a refund policy for returns. I was directed to pay all the $50 and more shipping back to China before they would refund my money. I recommend no one by any product from this company.

I bought the Noelle Loafers and was pleasantly surprised with the quality!! They’re comfy and defff something I’ll be wearing on my day to day! The color is also great, they go with everything!!

I paid for two Men's jackets in 3XL. One in Navy Blue. The other in black. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, I received two previously opened bags. With stickers ripped off both bags. Both in Navy Blue. Upon trying them on, neither fit. Both tags in each jacket were also ripped off. Leading me to believe that these items were previously returned. Upon emailing the company my predicament. I was greeted with an A I named Anna with a response of "we really sorry, we really care, blah, blah, but we need pictures of all my issues and problems. I then received my pre-written A I 3 options email which consisted of 1.) keep the jackets and get 15% back on your credit card. 2.) Return for a refund with 3 paragraphs of language that I'm responsible for the return, I'm responsible for any import tax, additional fees, shipping, and responsible for the condition of the jackets. OR option 3.) A one-time replacement of the merchandise and then they wash their hands of my transaction. I chose option 3.
I then received another A I Anna email stating that they are not replacing anything. That there's nothing wrong with their merchandise and they will not replace the jackets. All I want is what I paid for. A brand new men's Navy Blue jacket in 3XL with the zipper on the right hand side and a brand new Black jacket in 3XL with the zipper on the right hand side.

I ordered one of their sweaters and there was a couple threads that were slightly exposed on the chest area. I sent a pic to their customer service over email and they sent me out a brand new sweater free of charge. It really was a hassle free process and I’m definitely going to do business with them again.

This company is a joke, you’ll think your purchase will arrive in a few days but in reality it’s coming from china. I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money, I was expecting my items right away because I’m going on vacation and it’s sad that I have to find something else with only days to spare. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KENNEDY ALFRED KENNEDY ALFRED if you need your items right away and not from months later from china.
