Scam. ordered, sent multiple chaser emails with no response. My order also disappeared from the Shop app and I've not had them delivered.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses. If they only made their products as well as they did their advertising, but they don’t. The lenses are like from disposable glasses, very thin and flexible. The case is so thin and flimsy that you might mistake it for disposable packaging. They look good from far, but far from good!

Great customer service and I do believe they value your experience. Which means a lot to me in this day of age. Product is cute and adorable for every day wear, just don’t take it to the beach. 😉

Move on. Don't buy from this company. Their quality sucks for sunglasses and they are too big. On top of that, their return policy is fully on you, which typically is not the problem, but its to TURKEY. Thats more than the cost of what the sunglasses are worth. They did nothing to help me too. So, I would not purchase from this company.

Okay, so I rarely leave reviews but I had to for Callenford. I was honestly a bit unsure at first, but everything showed up super fast and the quality is amazing. The website is really easy to use too, no annoying glitchy stuff. Definitely ordering from them again. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Had an extremely pleasant experience with CallenFord, I ordered the Verdant Sunglasses in Green, even though they were delayed, I was informed by Anna about the delays and kept in the loop.

Now, since I have received the glasses, I am truly in love with them, and they look absolutely spectacular on me.

Highly recommended, great customer service and an excellent product selection.

Interestingly I did not see any reviews prior to my purchase, however I took the gamble. Yes their sizes are smaller, if you go by the universal conversion chat. I'll advise go for a size up.However the representative suggested I pay just for the shipping of the bigger sizes. It saved having to return and all.
The new pairs came and I must say they look gorge.
I paired it with a fascinator and its perfect. Wish I could share a pic on this review.

It takes 1 month for the product to arrive. Returns are very difficult and must be shipped at customer expense to Turkey. When you order, just know that you are getting low quality product that can’t be returned.

I ordered 3 purses. There was absolutely no tracking information…ever. When they didn’t arrive, I asked for a refund (their site said they would arrive within 3 weeks). They asked to be given one more week. After a week and they didn’t arrive, I asked again for a refund. They assured me that they would arrive that same day or the next. They finally arrived 4 days later. They weren’t in a box to protect them but rather all stuffed in a mailing bag. All three of them were warped and misshapen!
They are of the worst quality plastic with an awful odor! It’s truly a scam!

My order never came I can’t get my money back and the tracking they provide which is a Chinese carrier is saying the never received.

Son unos estafadores, realice un pedido hace 1 semana y no he recibido nada.

Para que se publicitan en México sino van a hacer sus envíos.

They finally gave me my money back after weeks of playing games. Their sizes are not true, men’s xl is a large etc
Then they fight tooth and nail not to give full refund. Now they bug me to change my review. If they big me one more time I’ll leave the 1 star up
Next time don’t sell over seas sized products in the USA and when a client tells you it’s wrong send fill refund as requested not 10 emails later

I'm not sure what went wrong with this company but I never received my shoes and I could only contact them through email sometime it would take days before I will hear from them they said that my shoes were delivered but no one could give me a date that they were delivered I live in a gated apartment complex and I have cameras on my doorbell I never seen the package delivered and I never heard from the company so take my advice do not use this company thank you.

This is one of those scam sites. They send you AI pictures of shoes, and when you order, the order is crappy shoes. Totally unwearable. I bought one for my wife and regretted upon receiving them.

Worst experience.Ordered a pair of shoes on 13th Feb and has not received it. No communication unless prompted.

Would not order from them I bought a pair of glasses and got a confirmation number and never received a tracking or anything else but yet money has been debited from my account save your money you will be ripped off

Very cheap material. Product pictures are AI generated. Once you buy it you will stuck with it bc they are charge more for return shipping than the product. DO NOT BUY IT!

Customer service is amazing, I thought my order was lost but they communicated and was very patient with me and found my order for me.. the shoes are exactly what I ordered!! Fit perfect. Ill most definitely order again.. 5 🌟
